Definitely not how I wanted to end the year but sometimes that’s the way she goes. When we were training in Utah, I pulled way too hard on a double flip and ended up fracturing my T3, T4, and T5. Now just have to rest for a few weeks then start getting ready for next year! #bmx #injury #ridebikes #winter #brokenback
