Sorry we bumped into ya! Our most viewed (47.1M) most loved and most shared video of 2025.😆 Baby boy was born two days later in our RV while on vacation at the beach at 41 weeks and two days. 10 lbs, 4 oz and 22 inches. And I felt every bit of it! 😫😂 Can yall relate?!

I don’t think we talk enough about how much a baby blesses the teenagers in a family. The teen years can feel heavy—school, friendships, growing up, figuring out who you are. But there’s something about the laughter, innocence, and littleness of a baby that brings so much lightness into those years. I’ve watched my teens become gentler, more patient, and more selfless. They light up when the baby smiles at them, race to make them laugh, and somehow forget about their own worries for a little while. People often focus on what older siblings “give up” when a new baby arrives. I think we overlook everything they gain. A baby doesn’t just change the parents. They shape the hearts of the entire family.

I’m so happy though that she’s with Jesus now. This is a fun throwback to when Olive was @dollyparton for Halloween. 😍 We can’t wait to get back to @dollywood very soon but it won’t feel the same. 😭😭

To the child free by choice crowd, there is no trip, no destination, no amazing meal, no quiet morning coffee alone, no sleep in, and certainly no “fur baby” that even comes close to this. And by the way, you can still have all of those things while also having children. We’ve done a lot of adventuring with and without our kids and both are fulfilling. Having children helps you take the focus off yourself and will ultimately make you a better person for it. Drop your comments below!

The biggest one is between #8 and #9 and that’s because we had two losses in between them.😞 Our smallest age gap is between #5 and #6 and that was because of adoption.☺️ Our oldest and youngest are 15 years apart and it’s so sweet!! I love big age gaps so much. What age gap do you think is the sweet spot?
