🚨keys to success🚨 outworking everyone!!! Just a few clips from the summer grind so far, this man is in the facility everyday lifting and running. When he has to do clinics out of state he NEVER misses a day. Does both lifts and runs that he is given. Everyone always wants to be the best but one of the many reason Spallina is, is because of his consistent work ethic! #teamrevo #lacrossetraining #strengthtraining #speedtraining
