Working midnight to 5am is not something I saw in my bingo cards. But that doesn’t mean I can’t maintain my disciplined lifestyle. I make adjustments to the time, but the non negotiables remain. Nutrition. Movement. Business. Content. Every single day, in whatever order my life requires. Your discipline doesn’t have to look like theirs to be real. 🤍 (If you’re seeing this post in the morning, it was either scheduled or it’s my off week 😂) #softlife #disciplineovermotivation #nightshift #routines
CHAPTER 2: CLOSED 📚🏠 What a journey!! So many lessons and blessings from this experience. I was 23 yrs. old, I knew NOTHING about Real Estate. All I wanted to do was buy a house, and I did it ✨ This has truly been my biggest lesson in life thus far and I’m so grateful for everything and everyone that came along with it. These past few months were the HARDEST! Living in a fixer upper and fixing it along the way, is a totally different ball game than getting it SALE READY 😭 Without my dearest friend and the BEST real estate agent in Atlanta @sheshetheelight I truly don’t think I would’ve been able to sell the house for this price. Having someone on your team who is knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart can make the biggest difference. I’m truly grateful 🙏🏾 Took some losses but had some major wins. Life is about taking risks! I remember the hate I got when I first bought this house 😂 “Omg did you see that house that Evette got? It looks like it’s the ghetto, I would not live there.” This was my first experience of learning why it’s important to not care what people have to say because in reality, they don’t know anything 🤭 Real Estate is a BIG MONEY GAME! & I won 🥹 One of my biggest accomplishments in life thus far and I’m excited to see what the next chapter holds.
