✨the financial district just got spooky and social✨ . i have been wanting to check out one of the Savoury Social events by @mytofd for a while, and their pre-halloween social was so fun! . if you haven’t heard of the Savoury Social series yet, it is an event series hosted by the financial district BIA at a local restaurant. the tickets are inclusive of food and usually a drink or two, and the price of the event is subsidized so you pay a lot less than you normally would at that venue! I love me nothing more than a hotel that’s bursting with character and @hotelvictoriato in Downtown Toronto has that in abundance with a colourful history to boot, being built in 1904 those walls have seen some scenes 😉 The lobby area is home to @mossops.social which is a late night cafe and nice spot to grab a drink and quick bite they seem to have lots of events on there, a very vibrant local community feel. ✨ The location itself is perfect, it’s situated on Yonge Street (for a long time this was the USA’s longest street) I was able to walk there with two huge bags from Union Station, you are walking distance to he harbour and there are some nice restaurants nearby (@restaurantlucie and @craftbeermarket two of which I went to with friends 🤌🏼). I love me nothing more than a hotel that’s bursting with character and @hotelvictoriato in Downtown Toronto has that in abundance with a colourful history to boot, being built in 1904 those walls have seen some scenes 😉 The lobby area is home to @mossops.social which is a late night cafe and nice spot to grab a drink and quick bite they seem to have lots of events on there, a very vibrant local community feel. ✨ The location itself is perfect, it’s situated on Yonge Street (for a long time this was the USA’s longest street) I was able to walk there with two huge bags from Union Station, you are walking distance to he harbour and there are some nice restaurants nearby (@restaurantlucie and @craftbeermarket two of which I went to with friends 🤌🏼).
