International Women’s Day feels extra meaningful this year. I am deeply grateful and humbled to have received the inaugural She Leads Award from the @haltonhillschamber at their She Means Business event. My sincere thanks to @melaniefrazer and the entire Chamber team for creating an event that celebrates and elevates women in business and leadership. Recognizing women who are working to create positive change in their communities matters, because leadership like this inspires other women to step forward and lead too. While this award is an incredible honour, for me it represents something even bigger. It’s an opportunity to elevate the message and the mission behind the Preventative Health Awareness Movement (PHAM) and the incredible community of PHAMbassadors who are helping drive this movement forward. Many of who are heart centred, servant leaders. Together, we are working to empower Canadians to embrace prevention, collaboration, and health leadership and ultimately change the legacy of healthcare in this country. This moment is a reminder that when women step into leadership, support one another, and lead with purpose… ✨ the ripple effect can be extraordinary. My sincere thanks to @melaniefrazer and the entire Chamber team for creating an event that celebrates and elevates women in business and leadership. They knew that this would work before I did. My team is amazing. They use the same care and attention to your business that I do. We really do try to be your virtual accounting department.
