It’s actually from the Great Potato War — a Minecraft conflict where Technoblade battled another creator to collect 500 million potatoes. Her video hit a million views in two days. We await Rockstar’s response.” This goes back to October, when Rockstar fired over 30 staff across the UK and Canada — firings the union called union-busting, which Rockstar said were due to gross misconduct. Protests followed. The UK Prime Minister called it “deeply concerning.” Legal action is ongoing. Jordan Garland, fired after 11 years at Rockstar, said the goal is to “ensure this sort of thing never happens again, not just at Rockstar but anywhere in the industry.” Strike action has been mooted if Rockstar doesn’t move to recognize the union before GTA 6 launches November 19. Rockstar hasn’t responded yet. They have until November. 🌴
