When we got home, my dad passed on January 13, 2023. A few months later ET Canada ended. Then a big project with Rogers started… and stopped. All so public. All so life-changing. And that’s only part of it many know. There was so much building, growing, examining, trying, failing, and starting again. For years before 2023 I was in a loop…focused on work and family. That season was right for then. These years in between were about growth. About creating. About transition. And now here we are 2025 on the cusp of 2026….back in Mexico. When we asked @travelista73 ( bless her) to find us a last minute trip and the same resort had one spot left. The place from before everything changed. I was not sure. It stopped me in my tracks. This time it feels like coming back to close a chapter and lean into the next …guided by one powerful angel who’s joined the others. I get the message. Sunday reset snack ideas that actually taste good. Viral Cottage Cheese. Ps no I did not wait for the oven to fully pre heat before I popped them in. I am not that girl I am sorry. I’m working on it. Cottage Cheese Chips -cottage cheese -garlic powder -pepper -paprika Bake 350 or so for 20 mins! Wait let’s tell the truth it was more like 40 for them to fully do their thing with a wee broil to top it off. Whoever says 20 mins tops is not telling the truth ….just sayin! #sundayreset #viralcottagecheeserecipes
