Dropping into my 3rd Olympics tomorrow! 🤯 the oldest in the field and the only mother! I’m so proud of what I’ve accomplished to get here over the last 2 years of making my ‘comeback’ post-partum! No matter what happens I couldn’t feel any more lucky to be surrounded by my family - husband, daughter, brothers, parents, aunties and uncles, cousins, sis-in-law and some of my very best friends. Feeling more love for them than I can express. I achieved my goal of attending my 3rd Olympics! I’m so grateful to everyone and all the support I feel. Thank you to everyone who’s helped and supported to get us here!!! It’s on tomorrow 10:30am pst, 7:30pm cet 🤍🤌🏼🥂. Ilyasm (say it back!)

I’m going to my 3rd @olympics!!! With the official announcement finally out I can yell it from the mountain top!! I am honored to represent @teamcanada once again! When I made the decision to return to halfpipe after taking a 2.5 year break to have Lou, I immediately had my sights set on Milan/Cortina and am really proud to say I’ve done it! I definitely can’t guarantee any outcomes but I can guarantee that I will be having the most fun with my family by my side and a smile on my face knowing I’ve reached my goal of attending my 3rd games... My mom said to me (in the middle of a mentyb) “No matter what happens, you know everyone is still going to raise their glass and celebrate when it’s done. no. matter. what!” and I’ve been holding onto that since! So cheers to the tears, the injuries (7 surgeries), the little girl with big dreams, the supportive parents, the bullying brothers, the encouraging coaches, all the teammates past and present, the loving husband, the most perfect daughter and all the friends and family along the way… and to never giving up when it got tough! I can’t believe we’re doing it again!! See you in Livigno!! 🥂🇮🇹
