As a World Cup skier, recovery is a huge part of my routine.
There are tons of different recovery habits out there, and it can start to feel a little overcomplicated.

I’ve found that the simple habits are often the easiest ones to stick with — for me, it’s having a glass of milk before bed 🥛

ACL rehab isn’t just about doing exercises.

It’s about rebuilding control under load.
Restoring single-leg strength.
Owning positions.
And progressing toward return to sport with purpose.

Pain going down is only the beginning.
Looking good in the gym is not enough.
The goal is to build a knee that can handle the demands of sport again.

That means better mechanics.
Better force absorption.
Better control.
Better confidence.

Return to sport is earned.
