@AddisonLeeCabs you are the worst service for prebooking cars & your customer service helpline. Somehow it is my fault that ur car is 40 mins late because you don't have enough cars in the area. How is nobody checking the day before that all jobs are assigned so ppl aren't late?
At the very least you could show a level of customer service by calling people 5-10 mins before you are booked and let them know about a delay so they can make alternative arrangements if needed
@AmazonUK i have had an email to say that my package was delivered to a Post Office Pick up point so i went to collect and they won't hand it over as the system is down. I asked if i could show ID and collect it and they said i can't until your system is back up. Is this true?
@Plusnet i have had an email saying when an engineer is coming (as moving house) i wasn't told that i needed an engineer to come, just to take my router. I'm not available for the time slot they have sent. How can i change this. Tried calling but was on hold for 45 mins no answer
