I just had Daniel Fazio on my podcast, who does over $10M a year. Between the two of us, we've seen over 5,000 offers from the inside.

So we ranked the top 8 we've ever come across:

→ The 4 nuclear offers doing $5M to $15M a month right now (and why they work)

→ The 4 best beginner offers to go from zero to $250K a month

→The traits every offer over $50M shares (most operators miss all of them)

If you've ever wondered why some offers just print, and others stall out, this one breaks it all down.

Check it out below 👇

I moved to Puerto Rico to attempt to save on taxes and lasted 45 days.

I went to urgent care, and the nurse injected me in the butt with God knows what, and I was having panic attacks for a week...that was enough for me.

Karlton Dennis breaks down why Puerto Rico almost never works out the way people think in this clip 👇

Ismael Valdez sold his HVAC company for over $100M in six and a half years. That's a record in the trades. Most guys take 20 or 30 years.

He was also born in Mexico, smuggled across the border as a kid, kicked out at 16, and got a fake ID just to work at McDonald's.

We walked through the whole thing:

→ How he hit $9.8M in year one out of a garage
→ The $400K marketing bet that could've bankrupted him
→ What has to change at $25M (and why 94% of contractors never pass $2M)

Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg pay almost nothing in taxes on billions in net worth.

It's not illegal; most people just never learn the game the wealthy actually play.

I sat down with Karlton Dennis for this one. One of the top tax strategists in the country. Works with everyone from W2 earners to nine-figure operators.

We break down the exact loopholes billionaires use, plus the 5 levels of tax strategy based on where you are:

The "buy, borrow, die" strategy the ultra-wealthy use to fund their lifestyle tax-free

The trust structures that pass down 9-figure estates without triggering the 40% death tax

The exact playbook for W2, 1099, and 7, 8, or 9-figure operators

There's a 600-page book that almost nobody in this industry has read.

It's not for sale.

You can't buy it.

People literally barter and beg for a copy lol

It's the internal playbook from the only company in our space that's crossed a billion dollars.

It’s funny because when I had dinner with Hormozi, I asked if he'd read it. He looked at me like, "are you serious?" Every great operator knows about it.

Here's what's actually in it 👇

Daniel Fazio on the biggest mistake people make trying to start an AI automation agency:

"Everyone's trying to do outbound. Stop. The problem is when you say 'I can automate your business,' that means a million and a half things. Nobody bites. There's one thing you can do instead that gets their head turning and makes them come to you saying 'oh, could you do that for me?' I had a client, total beginner, no audience at all. The second he started doing it, he partnered with another one of my guys and they're at 200, 300k a month now."

"The worst thing that's going to happen is you're going to start off at $150,000 salary."

Ismael Valdez on what he tells people before they take the job:

"By the time you're done with me, wherever you walk in, you're going to be asking for two, three, four, $500,000 salaries. You bring up my name in the industry and you say, I was his personal assistant, I was his sales manager, I was his office manager. What do Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, and Russell Brunson all have in common?

They've all worked with ONE webinar expert who's done over $250M in sales through live presentations.

His name is Jason Fladlien.

So I sat him down to break down exactly how he does it:

→ How he's worked with some of the biggest names in the industry on their launches
→ The pricing psychology behind why his offers go nuclear
→ Why he sells harder than anyone alive (and people love him for it)

I asked Daniel Fazio what the easiest thing to sell right now is. It's so simple, but NO ONE wants to do it.

"Done for you cold calling. It is so easy to sell, it's completely absurd. Nobody sells it because it's logistically intense. It's so difficult to consistently hire and manage cold callers. But that's exactly why it works. The supply of people cold calling is so low that nobody gets cold calls anymore. So when you connect a client with a good cold caller, they're booking 50, 60 meetings easily. With cold email they might get five or ten. No skilled operator would ever even attempt this, which is the entire moat."

It’s actually wild that out of all the things someone like Chamath could do, he started an AI agency - the same thing tons of young kids in their 20s are trying to do to make their first buck online Key difference is that he’s doing it for enterprise and I believe they’re already doing 100M+ in rev A lot of people shit on service based businesses, but the opportunity vehicle is actually quite large if you play in mid market / enterprise. It’s same pivot I’m trying to do in sales recruiting. Thought it was cool to see

A lot of content guru ppl don’t get this. If you run a successful business, creating content is not the goal. And it’s not the priority either. Nor is getting a bunch of views. Or being multi platform. Running and scaling your business is the priority. Content is secondary. And only exists to serve your business. So ya, she isn’t optimized or focused that much on YouTube Probably because she has more leads than she knows what to do with, and is busy scaling her business and doubling down on whatever is working. Or maybe her business is scaling fine and she frankly just doesn’t give a F about YT. And would rather just have the free time. I see stuff like this all the time. And I think many ppl who are obsessed with content and personal brand just have it completely backwards. The goal is to run a successful business. Not to be the best personal brand ever. The exception of course is if your content IS the business (aka you sell sponsorships or something). But that’s not the case here, and in most cases…

This might sound counterintuitive, but there are 2 things that you can say at the beginning of any live presentation that will make people want to throw their money at you.

#1 Tell them you're going to sell them something
#2 That it's going to be expensive
