I just vibecoded a replacement to a $99/mo SaaS we pay for. It took 15 hours, still has a few bugs I can't get rid of, and will cost us $80/mo in usage. This is the future.
18-23 year-olds with $20k-$30k/mo businesses who live at home and have minimal expenses are going to be obscenely wealthy.
Mark Zuckerberg started Facebook at 19. Steve Jobs started Apple at 21. Evan Spiegel started Snap at 21. You are 24 and trying to build an AI agent to categorize your inbox. It is too late.
Lead gen is crazy man. Met a 14yr old making $73k a month running PPL for an old industry nobody touches. I asked how he figured out that he should target them. He said he asked ChatGPT for 100 personas to target and just picked one. His goal is to get to $250K/month before sophomore year of high school. Has to get his Dad to sign contracts / receive payments because he's too young. None of this happened btw.
Important lesson to everyone under 24 making great money: You'll get 2x the satisfaction from introducing your friends and family to luxury products and experiences than having them yourself. 0-60 in a supercar is fun, but less enjoyable than giving it to your friend for a first date. Private jets are cool, but much cooler when you take your family on it for the first time. This is something you learn with time, so I thought this might help people shortcut it. Not saying this guy doesn't do this, but just using as an example. x.com/kimchi1x/status/208…
Enterprise Sales jobs are the safest on the market right now. No matter how good models get, nobody is buying a 12-month, $500k/year deal from an AI agent.
$100k/mo after-tax for 5 years will set you for life: - 60k/month goes to investing (30k into RE, 30k into the markets) - Lifestyle expenses land around 15k/month even if you're living well (great car, great everything) - That leaves 25k/month as additional savings/buffer Over 1 year: - 360k/year into real estate - 360k/year into markets ~180k/year in lifestyle spending ~300k/year into savings/OPEX buffer Compounded over 5 with same contributions each year = you beat the game.
