Hey Salomon! When it comes to seeing items in our store, we understand this may be different from other grocers. We source from farmers and food producers who help us rescue new food every week and our inventory changes frequently, so collecting payment info when you create and register your account helps us accurately predict our inventory needs. We strive to keep grocery staples in stock, but we aren't able to show exactly what’s available until you have an account and your shopping window opens. Rest assured, all customers can browse groceries, add or remove items from their carts, or skip/cancel before being charged.

Hey Daniel! Each week, you'll have a delivery day for your area's grocery service. A few days before that, you'll be able to browse your inventory and customize your cart. Our inventory routinely offers produce, meat/fish, dairy, snacks, pantry staples, plant-based items, beverages, and much more! You'll have the ability to skip any unwanted orders and only get boxes on the weeks it works for you!

Great question! Our approach to deliveries is different from other companies. By only delivering to specific neighborhoods on specific days we dramatically reduce our carbon emissions through super dense and efficient routes. All in all, we actually emit less than those same customers driving to the store individually. As for packaging, All of our boxes are made completely out of recycled material and they are also 100% compostable! As for the produce, we'll typically pack it loose unless it already comes pre-packaged from our farming partners. We also have a Packaging Return Program in many areas, where we take back our insulated bags and ice packs to be sanitized and reused or recycled. 💛♻️

Hi! Since we're sourcing from food-saving partners, we only finalize your area's inventory a few days before your shopping window opens, keeping all active accounts in mind. This way, we aren't creating additional waste! While we aren’t able to predict future inventories, all customers are able to browse our groceries, customize their carts (we won't ship you a box unless you hit the order minimum), or even skip/cancel before being charged.
