2 things are true 1. Contracts need to be enforced and Washington should absolutely get whatever they're able to with Demond Williams breaking his deal. 2. It is a net negative to have the leader of your football team on your roster after he publicly said he doesn't want to be there. https://t.co/UGUiLuTejt
