When someone responds positively to your cold email Call them Don't even think about it twice Just check their signature for a mobile phone number and call If they don't have a number in their signature, just go to Apollo and find their details It takes 2 minutes and will easily double your meetings booked There's no excuse for not warm calling leads
You need a front-end offer for cold email Period Leading with the services listed on your website isn't going to get you anywhere when pitching to cold prospects You need to pitch something smaller that's easy to say yes to: - A free audit - A free script - A pilot campaign These are enough to generate curiosity and get the prospect to respond Then once they see you know what you're doing, you can turn them into paying clients

The best cold email training isn't a course or a generic framework. It's sending 10,000 emails and seeing what actually gets responses. Most people study cold email for months and never launch a single campaign. 6 cold email tips that'll actually book you calls: π§΅THREADπ§΅
If you have zero case studies, lead with a pilot offer in your cold emails You can't prove results you haven't gotten yet But you can offer to prove the system works with a short-term pilot Run it for 30 days, get them some results and then use that as your first case study
When you receive interest for a meeting via cold email Don't send your calendar link There's too much friction Make it easy by proposing 2-3 specific times and then booking them in manually Before you propose those times, check their LinkedIn profile to see where they're based Then send them times in their timezone Once again, less friction The easier you make it for them, the higher the chance they actually book
New cold email podcast episode dropped on YouTube Had a great discussion with @andrehaykaljr, co-founder of ListKit, Client Ascension, and RemotelyX If you're running cold email campaigns and want to know what actually works in 2026, you'll find a ton of value in this one youtu.be/xoyzdneTrtQ
Most cold email advice you see online is wrong or outdated. People teach strategies that sound good in theory but don't actually work. That's why your campaigns are still underperforming. Here are 3 cold email tips that'll actually book you more meetings: π§΅THREADπ§΅
If you're not converting your positive responses into meetings booked, you have an inbox management issue Here's how you solve that: - warm call interested leads immediately - respond to them via email right after you call them - don't try to bypass objections just to get people on a call If you do these 3 things consistently, most of your positive responses will convert into meetings
If you're using cold email to generate leads, you need to create a front-end offer There's no other option You can't just say "we'll do your paid ads" and expect a cold audience to respond You need a specific and appealing offer that actually gives people a reason to engage
Have you tried cold email before? "yeah we did it for 2 months but it didn't work so we stopped" How many emails were you sending? "Around 1,000 every month" We send that in a day
The 4 Main Ingredients of an Offer: 1. Quantifiable End Result - what are they getting from this? 2. Timeframe - when are they going to get it? 3. Risk-Reversal (Guarantee) - what if they donβt get it? 4. Unique Mechanism - how can you get these results when others can't?
When someone receives your cold email, they're 100% going to Google your name and company If they find a bunch of things completely unrelated to what you're pitching through the email, it's an instant red flag and they're not going to respond Everything they find needs to align with your pitch or you're creating confusion and doubt before you even get on a call
Problem with handling cold emails yourself is you need to: >build lead lists >buy new domains >warm up email accounts >write scripts with A/B tests >follow up and nurture all replies >evaluate and adjust after every campaign Basically a full-time job + tons of trial and error
People like to overcomplicate the process of tracking cold email metrics You only need to track 5 things But you need to track them obsessively 1. Reply rate What percentage of people are responding to your emails? 2. Positive reply rate Out of those replies, how many are actually interested? 3. Meetings booked rate How many of those positive replies are converting into actual calls? 4. Bounce rate How many emails aren't being delivered? 5. Revenue generated How much pipeline and closed revenue is your cold email campaign generating? If you want to take it a step further, you can calculate: - Email / lead ratio (how many emails does it take to generate one qualified lead?) - Email / meeting ratio (how many emails does it take to book one meeting?) That's about it Sure there are more things you could track and split test But realistically, these 5 core metrics are what you need to monitor constantly to know if your campaigns are working
A big misconception with cold email is that once you contact a lead list and they don't respond, you can't contact them again Wrong People who don't respond, forget you sent them an email by the next day You can easily retarget the same list every 4 weeks without any issues
