McCain is honestly a genius for doing Youtube on top of having a successful NBA career. Yeah, the money isn't comparing to his future NBA salary but it is going to help him a LOT. More sponsors, career after the NBA, will only continue to grow especially if he gets to a starting position eventually and maybe add some rings with OKC. Not even talking about the tax implications here. His NBA Salary income is taxed at roughly 50% with the tax bracket on top of state taxes where as I'm sure he has a separate business set up just for his Youtube+Social media income that won't be as roughly taxed and he'll keep more of it than just adding to his NBA Salary tax rate to his personal.
