All dealerships are independently owned businesses and the person shown in the video is not one of our associates. As a result, we contacted the management of the dealership where this issue is alleged to have occurred and they took quick action to suspend the employee involved while they investigate this matter. Honda is committed to the highest levels of customer satisfaction and we have also asked the dealer to communicate with the customer about their experience.
