welcome to the biggest city in the world…. 📍Chongqing, China 🇨🇳 In 2026, Chongqing’s greater metropolitan area was noted to be over 40 million people which puts it as the most populated city in the entire world above Tokyo, Japan. I had an amazing time here, craziest thing I noticed was how levelled the city is. You think you’re on the ground floor but yet you look over the railing and you’re 40 floor up. the Maldives done on a budget?!?! Yes it’s absolutely possible to do the Maldives on a budget, there are over 1,000 islands and 187 of them are local islands. I had the pleasure of visiting Thulusdhoo with akiri_holidays and their packages start from only $415 for a 5 night stay. the world’s CRAZIEST firm is located in this self governing town called Malana in the state of Himachal Pradesh in India. One of the weirdest places I’ve visited for sure given that you can’t touch anyone or anything or else you have to pay a £30 fine. Mental that there’s a potential link between the locals there and Alexander the Great! Ironically is the reason why they see themselves as superior to others hence the no touching rule! They also love to dabble in dirty matcha🍁, which was a fun fact to realise while visiting :)

It only cost £30 ($40) to access, with unlimited drinks, snacks and fruit are included as well as breakfast served to you in the morning🍿🍳! There are some added paid activities like dinner, massages, karaoke or even a nail bar but I didn’t pay for any of these add ons🎤💅. You can stay overnight and sleep there too, meaning you don’t even need to book a hotel either😴🛌. take me back to Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬🙏 Well all thanks too to joinflashback ‘s new One35 V2 camera, I’ll be able to hold onto the memories forever on my phone instead of having to get them developed like you would with a normal disposable camera. The mechanism works exactly the same but once you’ve finished the 27 photos in the roll, then you connect the camera to your phone via Bluetooth to get them all. Once you’ve done that, the roll on the camera resets and you have a brand new camera. You can even turn on the 24 hour button which makes you wait to get them developed digitally to recreate that same nostalgic feel you have when your mate pulls out his disposable. seeing the solar eclipse was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever just witnessed. The solar eclipse only happens extremely rarely and is only visible from certain locations so when I heard about it last minute, I had to return to my international side quest ways…. This meant booking a flight to come to Menorca 7 hours before it took off and hitting a casual, spontaneous 24 hour side quest to come back to my motherland of Spain. Genuinely will remember this for the rest of my lifetime, what a wonderful experience. And if you’re new to my page, welcome to the most crazy adventure travel community. Last thing that I’m so glad I knew prior was about the ferries between islands, we booked ours on as I’ve used them for the past year and half while travelling and they haven’t let me down since.
