dear noggin, i’ve called our anxiety sally💌 (& we’re gonna be besties!!) my anx came back as soon as i landed in london after an amazing trip in aus but rather than try resist her im going to learn to live with her !! im going to take her on some gentle exposure friend dates and get her to calm the heckeroo down (gradually!!)⭐️😗 unsure why i didnt name her earlier?? i used to describe my anxiety as a horrid little man in my head, then my brain’s filing cabinet manager who did a TERRIBLE job at sorting my thoughts into the right folders and i’ve called it a “wave” at some points too!! but i dunno i like sally!!!🧚🏼✨she’s not evil she’s just keeping me safe🫶🏻💐 she’s a girlypop!! name your anxiety, it helps a lot💘🎀 #anxiety #MentalHealth #notetoself #deardiary #london
