Top 10 Fantasy Defenses for Week 6 🏈 ✅ 10. Raiders – vs TEN (2%) The Titans have been one of the friendliest teams in football for opposing defenses. The Raiders aren’t great on paper, but Tennessee gives up points to everyone. Sneaky decent play if you’re in a pinch. ✅ 9. Chargers – at MIA (19%) The Chargers have underperformed lately, but when they face weaker offenses, they deliver. Six sacks vs the Giants, three sacks and three picks vs Vegas. Solid floor this week. ✅ 8. Patriots – at NO (21%) Quietly the No. 6 fantasy defense, averaging almost 10 per game. Just put up nine against Buffalo with multiple splash plays. Sneaky good and underrated. ✅ 7. Seahawks – at JAX (68%) Ignore last week’s -3 vs Tampa. Seattle had four straight strong outings before that and remains the fifth-ranked defense overall. Jacksonville gives plenty of turnover chances. ✅ 6. Steelers – vs CLE (63%) Heating up fast. Back-to-back double-digit weeks (20 and 12) and now face a rookie QB coming off a bye. Expect another strong performance. ✅ 5. Colts – vs ARI (63%) Dropped 17 fantasy points last week vs the Raiders. At least three sacks in four of their last five games and one interception per game. ✅ 4. Broncos – at NYJ (87%) ✅ 3. Rams – at BAL (52%) Baltimore’s offense has been brutal without Lamar. Top 10 Fantasy Defenses for Week 4 ✅ Patriots – vs CAR (20%) New England is an above-average defense playing at home against a Panthers team giving up nearly 10 points per game to opponents. Solid option if you’re in a pinch. ✅ Seahawks – at ARI (79%) Back-to-back big weeks with 14 and 16 points. Matchup is tougher, but Seattle consistently generates sacks and turnovers. ✅ 49ers – vs JAX (55%) Even without Nick Bosa, Jacksonville’s offense has been awful. Good spot to take advantage. ✅ Vikings – at PIT (80%) ✅ Packers – at DAL (89%) ✅ Chargers – at NYG (9%) Most likely available on waivers. Top 10 Fantasy Defenses For Week 5 ✅ 10. Giants – at NO (4%) With bye weeks starting, this is more of a last-resort play. The Saints have been friendly to opposing defenses and the G-Men held their own against the Chargers, but I’d avoid unless desperate. ✅ 9. Seahawks – vs TB (60%) Seattle has been a top fantasy defense averaging over 12 per game. I just don’t love them against Baker and the Bucs’ offense, so they stay toward the bottom of the list. ✅ 8. Rams – vs SF (26%) Even when they give up points, the Rams rack up sacks and turnovers to keep their floor solid. ✅ 7. Chiefs – at JAX (40%) Underrated unit. Scoring 8 against Baltimore is impressive, and now they face a mediocre Jacksonville offense. ✅ 6. Cardinals – vs TEN (25%) Another sneaky defense that thrives against below-average offenses. Tennessee on the road sets them up for a solid outing. ✅ 5. Bills – vs NE (86%) ✅ 4. Colts – vs LV (29%) In good matchups, Indy’s defense has posted 14 and 15 points. If you want to take the Steelers vs Green Bay or Texans vs San Francisco instead, I wouldn’t blame you — but all defenses playing the Jets have been fantasy gold lately. ✅ 9. Packers – at PIT (83%) ✅ 8. Broncos – vs DAL (97%) ✅ 7. Chargers – vs MIN (18%) If Carson Wentz starts, it’s a solid play. If JJ McCarthy starts, it’s a great play. Wentz has been sloppy with two picks and a fumble last week, and McCarthy’s been even looser with the ball. ✅ 6. Buccaneers – at NO (15%) Spencer Rattler’s coming off a disaster — three interceptions, a fumble, and four sacks. If he struggles again, there’s a chance Tyler Shough steps in. Tampa’s defense should feast either way. ✅ 5. Bills – at CAR (42%) Andy Dalton’s starting for Carolina, and that’s rarely a good thing. Last year he averaged nearly two interceptions per game. ✅ 4. Top 10 Fantasy Defenses for Week 16 🏈 ✅ 10. Seahawks – vs LAR (93%) Seattle’s defense is elite, but the matchup isn’t. I still have them top-10 because talent wins out, but there are better plays this week. ✅ 9. Vikings – at NYG (31%) Minnesota’s been better than people think. They’re boosted by one insane 35-point week, but they’ve also put up 11 and 19 recently. ✅ 8. Lions – vs PIT (51%) Detroit’s defense is average overall, and that zero against the Rams was ugly. But against below-average offenses, they’ve shown up. I think the Lions steamroll and the defense plays well. ✅ 7. Falcons – at ARI (16%) Strong showing last week vs Tampa, and Arizona’s offense hasn’t been good. Lots of garbage-time points, but they’re usually out of games early. I like Atlanta to get pressure and force a mistake or two. ✅ 6. Broncos – vs JAX (88%) Don’t love the matchup, especially with Trevor Lawrence coming off a six-TD game. Still a top defense, and you don’t bench them unless you’ve got an elite option. ✅ 5. Chiefs – vs TEN (48%) I had KC much higher earlier, but Mahomes being out actually scares me for the defense. San Francisco just put up zero against Tennessee. Hot take: the Titans could win this game. Be careful here. ✅ 4. Bills – at CLE (54%) This is mostly a fade of Shedeur Sanders. I said it last week and it paid off: three picks and five sacks. Even when he plays “well,” he still turns it over. Buffalo should win by 10. ✅ 3. Saints – vs NYJ (19%) The Saints have been pretty good recently, and the Jets are a mess. If it’s Brady Cook again, we feast. Last week he had three interceptions and three sacks. ✅ 2. Eagles – at WAS (92%) Don’t overthink it. Sixteen points last week, fifteen the week before, and Jayden Daniels will not be the QB. ✅ 1.
