A few of them are beneficiaries of injuries but a lot of them just have more prominent offensive roles than expected. Stock Fallers: These are the guys who had super concerning usage or performances in Week 1. If I have any of these guys in prominent roles I’m a bit nervous. Don’t panic on Jeanty or Irving. Their volume was terrific, bigger games will come. Absolutely cursed stretch here. 2021 CMC had great per game stats on the Panthers but had a lot of injury struggles in his last season before being traded to SF. 2022 Jonathan Taylor was coming off of a season as the RB1 but had little pass catching upside and relied a ton on touchdowns. Injuries got him too. 2023 Justin Jefferson started the season with four weeks with 24+ points but missed Weeks 6-13. What could have been… And 2024 CMC was coming off of two monster seasons in a great situation and was famously announced as being out right before Week 1 with an Achilles injury that would linger all year. Whether it’s Ja’Marr Chase, Saquon Barkley, or Bijan Robinson this year the 1.01 needs to break a brutal streak of luck for that position… #fantasyfootballdraft #fantasyfootball #cmc
