After almost 20 years of smoking, today marks 6 months without weed vaping or tobacco. I quit because I got tired of feeling like something owned me. The first stretch wasn't pretty. Weed and especially nicotine cravings hit hard, routines felt weird without a smoke, and every stressful moment tried to drag me back. But the changes showed up fast: My breathing is stronger. My workouts don't leave me wrecked. My sleep is cleaner. Most of all I feel strength in quitting something that I used to find so much comfort in I'm not posting this for congrats, just marking a line in the sand. 6 months down a lot more ahead 🫡
