AD| I've been investing in crypto for years, and for the longest time it felt like the Wild West. Unregulated exchanges. Private keys I was terrified of losing. Platforms that could disappear overnight. What most people don't realise is that while everyone was getting burned on exchanges, professional asset managers were quietly building the infrastructure to make crypto investable the proper way. #coinshares was one of the first, launching the first ever Bitcoin ETP back in 2015. Since October last year, the FCA opened access to UK retail through ETNs. It’s regulated & physically backed. It trades like a stock inside your GIA. No wallets, no private keys. Crypto is still volatile and ETNs aren't covered by FSCS. But the way to access it has fundamentally changed. Comment "coinshares" and I'll send you the link. #ad #paidpartnership with CoinShares This content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or a personal recommendation. Capital at risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before investing.

What do you think the SpaceX IPO will fetch in terms of price and do you have conviction of it further going up at a valuation of more than 100x its trailing revenue? Do you know the key person risks of elons voting power? (He has 85% of total voting power so no one really can go against his decisons). Did you know about the lock up period where insiders restricted to sell until certain period and often cause a dip lower? Let me know your thoughts and follow for more investing and money content #finance #fyp #spacex #investing #ipo

A quick debrief of yesterdays market. Gold is a hot topic and a lot of people are on the fence, and many people would have been scratching their head when gold sold off 5% yesterday during a full blown war. This is because of asset relocation and broader economical impact of the war. This doesn’t mean the gold rally is dead, but you shouldn’t be investing without understanding the market fundamentals. If you bought at the high and panic sold yesterday, then gg. If you want to learn it properly, then follow me for investing and money tips that actually makes sense. This is not financial advice, just education. I do not condone war or war related activities, this is just a market observation. #money #invest #gold #war #finance

This might get me a lot of heat, but I am not afraid to admit that I am mourning for the working class, as we are being squeezed, yet again. The financial contrast between those the benefit caps is huge. Especially, when 41% of the families affected by the 2 child benefit cap don’t work. Before anyone labels me anything, I know larger families face a higher rate of child poverty, and I believe that every child deserves to have a safe environment to grow up. But we do need to have a raw and honest convo about whether this, helps with the underlying issues or promote productivity. It’s about calling out a system that’s increasingly unfair to the workers who are holding it up. If you don’t want your child to be born into poverty, financial planning and literacy is sooo important. And you need to start as early as possible. Educate yourself and learn to invest & make your money work harder for you. Follow me for more honest conversations around money. #money #PersonalFinance #ukbudget #2childbenefitcap #fyp

My first job was at my parents takeaway, I was 15 earning £5 an hour on weekends while they work 12 hour days 6 days a week. At 17, I got a summer job handing out flyers on London Bridge, genuinely felt self-conscious walking past all of these people in suits. I remember thinking I don’t want this feeling ever again. So I worked really hard and I was the first one in my family to go to university. I gave it everything but I had no one to teach me how any of it actually worked, how to network, how to interview well, how to carry yourself in rooms you’ve never been in before, that’s why I got a big 4 internship purely on graft, but graduated without an offer. I kept trying, but when I thought I landed a big Girl banking internship with a £50k annual salary, the same thing happened again. I didn’t get an offer. This one broke me a little bit. I genuinely thought I wasn’t good enough. I wasn’t cut out for it so I went travelling. But anxiety had me coming home half way, and then took a breath and started trying again. And then it finally happened. and I landed a trading job job at a top tier bank. by that point I’ve slowly started to figure out the whole thing, and I even start to enjoy my 12hr days. The first thing I did with my salary was to take my parents on holiday, the first they ever had. From there things started to build. promotions, long hours and eventually burnt out. So I made a move and got a 40% raise. The more confident I grew and the more I am sure of myself, the more opportunities came. another firm came to me and I’ve got 30% on top of that. I’m now in the top 0.5% of earners in the UK. This isn’t about the salary, is about the playbook that no one handed me and I wanted to share everything I have learnt. If you’re at the £5 stage or the £50,000 stage, or just your own financial journey, this page is for you. #PersonalFinance #finance #career

1. No joint account! We keep our day to day spending completely separate. 100% autonomy 2. We don’t do 50/50 on bills! We each own a bill instead and it works out fair without the maths every month 3. Seperate food budgets! I’m the one eating out, he’s the one cooking but we do have a joint @monzo pot for shared food spending, super easy to manage 4. Holidays are never up for debate… money exists to give you experiences and we will always spend on that 5. We talk about money constantly… full transparency means full trust, but we still have total financial individuality Every couple is different — there’s no right or wrong here What do you guys do? Let me in the comments…

I sold my S&P 500 on a red day to minimise the capital gain, used losing positions to offset what was left, and bought everything straight back inside my ISA. Legal. Simple. Most people have never heard of it. Have you heard of it or use this strategy? #fyp #PersonalFinance #invest #money #fintok
