The Masters haul 2026! #MeatChurch #TexasBBQ #TheMasters #Masters #Augusta
Texas chili is our most popular chili recipe! Let’s make it⬇️ 4 lbs of ground meat (venison is also great and is Matt’s fav) 1 lb of HOT breakfast sausage 3 medium red onions, diced 1 head of garlic, minced 84 ounces of tomatoes and sauce total. Use the below or interchange to your liking as long as you use at least 84 ounces) 2, 28oz can crushed tomatoes with juice 1, 28oz fire roasted diced tomatoes with juice 1 7oz can Chipotles in Adobo Sauce, diced. Preserve the liquid. 2 beers. 1 for the chili and 1 to drink while you’re making it. (sub beef broth) 5 T Meat Church Texas Chili Seasoning (https://www.meatchurch.com/products/texas-chili-seasoning). 1/3c olive oil Garnish Shredded cheese Diced white onions -Add the olive oil to a very large skillet. I prefer cast iron. Sauté the onions, garlic and adobo peppers (including all the liquid from the can). This is a lot of onion, so you may have to cook in 2 batches if you don’t have a really large skillet. Cook for about 10 minutes until the onions are translucent. Remove from skillet and place the mixture in your slow cooker or dutch oven. -Cook the ground meat and breakfast sausage completely in the same skillet. Drain the fat and place all of the meat in the slow cooker or dutch oven. -By this time you already have the meat, onions, garlic and adobo peppers in your slow cooker or dutch oven. Now add the tomatoes with the juice, 1 beer and 5 T of Meat Church Texas Chili Seasoning. -This chili can cook in 3 hours. However, it is better if you can cook it for 6 - 8 hours. The ingredients are already cooked at this point, but we will simmer this chili all day to break down the meat and meld the flavors together. If you are using a slow cooker: Cook the chili on low for 6 - 8 stirring periodically. -If you are you are using a smoker: Cook the chili at 225 for for 4-5 hours uncovered stirring periodically. Cover and continue to cook for 2-3 more hours.  -Remove from the heat. Allow it to cool. Garnish and enjoy! #meatchurch #texasbbq #bbq #texaschili @YETI

KING RANCH SOUP The Texas winter freeze is upon us and this one of my go-to cold weather meals. Stay safe, stay warm, and give this recipe a try! Ingredients -2T oil -1C chopped yellow onion -1C chopped multicolored bell peppers -2T Meat Church Chili Seasoning -1C fire roasted Rotel -1 can cream of poblano -1 can chicken queso blanco (sub cream of chicken) -4C chicken stock/broth -5C shredded rotisserie chicken -2oz cream cheese -Blanco to taste -Masa as needed to thicken -Cotija cheese, sliced jalapeños, and tortilla chip strips for garnish  Instructions -Add oil to your skillet and heat -Add onion, bell peppers, and Meat Church Chili Seasoning, stirring occasionally -Add rotel, cream of poblano, chicken queso blanco, and chicken stock -Mix and bring to a simmer -Add in chicken, cream cheese, and masa. Mix all ingredients -Simmer and long as you’d like -Optional: garnish with Cotija cheese, jalapeño, and tortilla chip strips #MeatChurch #TexasBBQ #Soup #TexasWinter

Sloppy Joes are a classic weeknight meal on a budget. This recipe is simple, quick to make, and downright delicious. And let’s face it, homemade sloppy joes are better than the canned sloppy joes. Save this recipe to add to your weeknight rotation! Ingredients * 1 lb Ground Beef (sub ground venison) * 2 T Olive Oil *  1 Medium Yellow Onion, chopped  * 1 T Tomato Paste  * 3 Clove Garlic, Minced * Meat Church Holy Cow to taste * 1 C Tomato Sauce  * 1/3 C Ketchup  * 1 T Worcestershire Sauce  * 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar  * 1 T Brown Sugar   Instructions  -Add the oil to a heavy pan over medium heat. Cook the onion until translucent. -Add in the garlic and tomato paste. Cook until fragrant which should take 2-3 minutes. -Stir in the ground meat and season with Meat Church Holy Cow. Cook until browned which will take 6 - 7 minutes.  -Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the W sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Simmer until slightly thickened. Set aside to cool a bit.  -Toast your buns in butter or mayo and let cool. This will create a sort of barrier between the soft bun and warm sloppy Joe mixture.  -Sloppily, Scoop the Joe on to the bun. -Serve and enjoy! #MeatChurch #TexasBBQ #SloppyJoes #EasyDinnerIdeas
