Meat Sauce 1 lb ground beef 1 tbsp avocado oil 3 cloves garlic, minced ½ onion, minced 2 cups low carb marinara sauce 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt & pepper to taste Cottage Cheese Layer 1½ cups full-fat cottage cheese ¼ cup grated Parmesan 2 eggs 1 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meat until cooked through; drain excess fat. 3. Add onion and garlic and sauté 30 seconds. 4. Stir in marinara, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. 5. Blend eggs with cottage cheese briefly for a ricotta-like texture  6. Mix with mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper. 7. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a greased 9×13 baking dish. 8. Layer egglife wraps, cottage cheese mixture, then meat sauce. 9. Repeat layers 2–3 times, finishing with meat sauce and top with shredded mozzarella. 10. Bake 25-30 minutes.

VIRAL MELTING CABBAGE 🥬🔥(high protein, low carb) Have you tried the viral melting cabbage yet?!  ‼️‼️Save this recipe!!!! I paired this with grilled chicken and it was 10/10!! INGREDIENTS: * 1 large head of cabbage, cut into slices * 2 tbsp avocado oil * 4 tbsp butter * ½ onion, diced  * 3 garlic cloves, minced  * 4 oz softened lite cream cheese * 1 cup chicken bone broth  * Chopped parsley * ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese  * Salt and pepper to taste  * Lemon juice * Optional - any additional seasonings  * 2 chicken breasts, pan-seared (added to your meal for extra protein)
 DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Peel 1-2 layers of your cabbage, and wash. 3. Cut into slices -  I got 6 4. In a large oven-safe pan, turn it to medium-high heat and add avocado oil.  5. Brown your cabbage on both sides, and remove from the pan.  6. Now, add your butter, onion, and garlic, and cook on medium until translucent and cooked through. Add your cream cheese and bone broth and whisk until combined. 7. Season with your favorite seasonings. I just did salt and pepper, some garlic, and onion powder.  8. Add your parmesan cheese and whisk until a sauce has formed. 9. Once this is done, add your cabbage back into your pan and throw it in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until your cabbage is cooked through 10. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley!  11. I love serving this with chicken breasts to make this a full meal!
 So simple, so good, you’ll want to make this one on repeat! 🤤✨

INGREDIENTS:  • 11 oz sugar-free chocolate chips  • 6 eggs, room temperature  • 1 tsp instant coffee (optional, but enhances the chocolate flavor!) INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” square pan with parchment paper. Spray lightly with nonstick spray. 2.In a large bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. 3.Melt chocolate chips in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring between each round until smooth. 4.Let chocolate cool slightly, then slowly whisk it into the eggs until fully combined. 5.Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes or until set.
