I almost had a heart attack🥵 It was so hot during my solo challenge in the Amazon that submerging in the river felt like the biggest relief of my entire day. In the middle of the day, I had been jumping in fully clothed just to stay cool. But getting into the water out here is intimidating... You have to shuffle your feet and splash around to scare off stingrays and electric eels under the water and you can even find anacondas sunning on the banks. The real startling moment was hearing these strange noises... Turns out I had no idea how dangerous the animal making them actually was😳 Any guesses what it turned out to be?

Would you stay in Dubai's $1 hotel? After meeting some of the people who were staying here, I would not recommend this place to most tourists. It actually seemed like it was set up as affordable housing since the lights were off in the middle of the day to accommodate night shift workers. What is the cheapest hotel you've ever stayed in? #TikTokGrowthChallenge

A full day of eating in ✨the Amazon✨ I’m spending 3 days completely alone in the Amazon with no food, no water, and no shelter... Even though I have had very little outdoor experience, I trained very intensely for 10 days with indigenous guides before attempting this challenge. My goal throughout this experience is simple: to push my limits. If you're interested in seeing the entirety of this journey, including the training, check out the full video on my YouTube channel!

I was not expecting the new ChatGPT Voice to sound like this 🤯 One of my least favorite parts about traveling is the language barrier, so I decided to put ChatGPT Voice's live translations to the test in a few real travel scenarios. I've always relied on translation apps, but actually being able to have a conversation in real time like this felt completely different! ChatGPT's new voice feature makes conversations feel faster, easier, and much more natural. Whether you're practicing a language, brainstorming ideas, planning a trip, or just talking something through, you can now use @ChatGPT in a much more conversational, hands-free way. If you haven't tried it yet, tap the voice button in ChatGPT (you'll see the new purple orb!) and give it a go. It just launched and it’s starting to roll out now to all users. If you speak Spanish, let me know how natural these translations sound to you! 🌎✈️ #ChatGPT_Partner

"this is optional btw" - my favorite comment I’ve gotten on these videos lately😂 Because let’s be honest… choosing to survive alone in the Amazon with no resources is very type-two fun. Nothing about it is comfortable. I’m hungry, I’m exhausted, and yes sometimes I’m genuinely scared and just want to go home. But that’s the thing: stepping out of your comfort zone is optional (most of the time). And it’s in these tiny moments, like eating a bug, that you start flexing your discomfort tolerance muscles. You grow into someone a little tougher, a little braver, and a little different than you were before. And maybe you don’t have to eat a grub in the Amazon to get out of your comfort zone. Pushing your limits looks different for everyone. It could be going to the gym for the first time, finally having that hard conversation you’ve been avoiding or saying yes to something that scares you just a little. What matters most is that you choose to grow 🌱💪

Florida springs vlog 🐊 A quick but important note: exploring the Florida springs is a magical experience, but it’s never fully “safe” when alligators share the water. An attack may be statistically unlikely, but unlikely and safe aren’t the same thing. There are many variables at play, from nesting season to the individual animal’s temperament to whether it’s been fed by humans. That’s why I highly recommend going out with a local guide who actually knows the wildlife, especially my friend Josh @FloridaGuideJosh He’s spent years learning alligator behavior and body language and he’s the one I trust to explore these springs with. Respect these animals as the wild, powerful creatures they are, and please be sure to keep the springs as wild and clean as you found them!

How I shower in the jungle💦🫣 I'm not going to lie... The idea of swimming with electric eels and stingrays really freaks me out. We also found a 10 ft. anaconda swimming right in this same spot later in the evening😅

Being alone at night in the Amazon was terrifying. The fear felt primal yet strangely familiar, even though I had never tried to survive alone in the wilderness before. Out there, the jungle is loud and every sound reminds you that your body evolved to keep you alive long before modern life existed. What surprised me most is how natural that fear felt. It made sense in the jungle, because the potentially life threatening dangers around me were real. But when I came home, I realized that my body reacts the same way to things that are not life or death at all. Our “threats” today are not jaguars in the jungle. They are usually angry messages, stressful emails, or the pressure to keep up with everything happening around us. Being in the wild made me understand that my stress response is not broken. It is just being triggered by the wrong things. And sometimes stepping into nature helps you remember what your body was actually built for.

Busy hands quiet restless minds🔥 For context: I’m spending 3 days completely alone in the Amazon with no food, no water, and no shelter... My goal throughout this experience is simple: to push my limits. If you're interested in seeing the entirety of this journey, including the training, check out the full video on my YouTube channel! Whenever I stood still and let my mind wander, that’s when the fear crept in. The best advice my indigenous guide gave me while teaching me how to navigate the jungle alone was simple: don’t worry about all the dangers around you. Focus on what’s in front of you. Focus on what’s in your hands. I’ve realized how true that is in normal life too. I don’t feel anxious until I start thinking too far ahead, imagining everything that could go wrong. When I bring my attention back to the next step, the task right in front of me, the noise fades. Just focus on what’s in front of you, and you’ll get through the night🐍🪵🔥

Island survival training begins🏝️🔥 Took a boat out of Panama City and deep into the Pacific Ocean, where I have just a few days to learn the skills necessary to stay alive out here. Lessons started with: how to build a shelter from scratch, make fire with a bow drill (way harder than it looks), and spearfish for my own food. None of this comes naturally to me, but I have to learn fast, because soon I'll be completely alone on this island for 3 days with no food, no water, and no shelter.

What would you choose as your luxury item?👀☕️ This is my Day 2 game plan!🔥🪵🐍 For context: I’m spending 3 days completely alone in the Amazon with no food, no water, and no shelter... After training for 10 days with my indigenous guides, I was dropped off into isolation. Day 1 pushed me to my limits, but starting Day 2 on an empty stomach made everything even harder😅
