Recap of my liquid diet from the last 7 days. In the next couple days, I will be onto soft/low fiber foods and eventually onto high-fiber foods and everything else. Energy levels have increased as I’ve adjusted and my appetite has been coming back which has me craving foods more and more, but just been sticking to my routine on the journey to recovery. #liquiddiet #DailyRoutine #surgeryrecovery
