Nearly 3 years ago I started following an animal based diet - it completely changed my body, my skin and my overall health. It really is such a simple yet such effective way to eat… “If our great grandmothers wouldn’t recognise it - we shouldn’t be eating it…” 🫶🏽 We’ve got a RAISE meal plan which is linked in my bio if you’re interested in learning more about eating this way ❤️

I think the biggest struggle has honestly been learning to unschool ourselves as adults - letting go of what we “should” be doing and leaning into what feels right for us as a family 🫶🏽

You guys blew up my DM’s yesterday asking me about which sardines I ate and how I ate them 😂 They’ve legit become one of my absolute favourite quick and easy go to’s - because they’re so nutrient dense, high in protein, creatine, iodine and of course omega 3s… I love the @Fish4ever ones as they’re in organic olive oil and lemon (I have them straight from the tin - no need to cook them) and order them from @Ocado 🫶🏽
