Happy Brain Blueberry Lemon Chia Pudding 🫐🍋🧠 Ingredients (gives you enough to batch): - 2 cups plain almond milk - 3/4 cup chia seeds  -1/2 tsp. vanilla extract - 1 tsp. lemon grind (+ for topping) - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - Pinch sea salt  - 1/2 cup greek yogurt  - blueberry compote (marmalade) to your liking for topping 👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions: - Combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, lemon grind, salt, and juice very well - Let it sit overnight in the fridge (or at least 20 minutes if you are in a rush) - Top with the blueberries, greek yogurt, blueberry compote, lemon grind, and a drizzle of date syrup (you can also use maple syrup) 👅🫐🍋 Enjoy! - - - 🧠 The blueberries and chia combo is excellent for brain health ➕ all around well-being. SAVE this recipe (and share it too) LEMON ARUGULA CACIO E PEPE 🍋🌱🧀  @Cravings by Chrissy Teigen this is my fave recipe from your Cravings book, still, after all these years omgggg 🤤🍝 🍴 Ingredients: - 12 oz Dried Spaghetti (you can use cheackpeas pasta if you’re #gluten intolerant or just want less carbs, just know the texture won’t be the same lol) - 1/4 pound (about 3/4 cup) Pancetta or bacon, finely diced - 1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive oil - 3 tbsp. Minced garlic - about 4-5 cloves - 1 tsp. Red pepper flake - 2 tsp. Black pepper, freshly grated (plus more, to taste) - 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice - 1/2 cups Freshly grated Parmeggiano-Reggiano Cheese, plus more for serving - 3 cups Fresh baby arugula 🍣 OPTIONAL: Add the protein of your choice. i added #salmon for an extra brain health kick! 👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions: FIRST: In a large pot of heavily salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti to al dente according to the package. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water, then drain the pasta. MEANWHILE: In a large skillet, cook the pancetta over medium-high heat until crisp, seven to nine minutes. Add the olive oil, then add the garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper; cook until fragrant, about one minute. THEN: Add the lemon juice to the skillet, then toss in the drained pasta, tossing to coat. Add the Parm and toss, adding the pasta water, a couple of tablespoons at a time, just to help the cheese coat the pasta. NOTE: Don’t OVERDO it with the water!
