3 exercises that transformed my shoulder strength, mobility and health. @nakedprogram ✅ External Rotator Off the Knee ✅ Head-Supported Trap 3 Raise ✅ Powell Raise You don’t need to use heavy weight to get serious benefits here. Start with 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps, adding these into your upper body days as accessory work. Focus on controlling the eccentric portion of each movement for 4 seconds.

If I had only 60 days to help you lock in for an important date like a beach trip or wedding, this is exactly what I would do. First, we would dial in your nutrition. Set your calories intake at a 10-15% calorie deficit. Prioritize protein, eat 3 meals a day + 1 or 2 snacks. Making sure you have good energy level to go about your day and train hard. Second, you would strength and interval 3-5 days a week. With your nutrition dialed in and strength training consistently you're going to build muscle and lose body fat quicker than just doing cardio. Last, I would surround you with an active community so that you know and feel that you are not alone in your goals, and are checking in with you helping you stay accountable. The @nakedprogram does all this for you and more.
