A few things to know: 1.Infant formulas that contain milk or whey protein have a natural tendency to foam. 2.Letting the bottle rest a couple minutes after mixing, should reduce the amount of foam. 3. Why is it important to add water BEFORE formula? Formula is designed to mix with a certain amount of water - the ratio is SUPER important so your baby gets enough nutrition & water (but not too much of either!) if you add formula first, this skews the total bottle amount & means your baby won't get enough water for the formula added. ✅ add water first (the bottle size you want to give baby) then add formula! #formulafeeding #formulatips #firsttimemom #firsttimeparent #firsttimedad
