Are you training for your next race or dreaming about running one someday? 🏃‍♀️ I’m currently planning for my next one, and I’ve realized it’s not just about running longer—it’s about getting stronger, wiser, and more consistent in the everyday. Here are the 5 things I’m focusing on to help me grow and train better: 1️⃣ Daily stretching and easy runs Slow, consistent movement helps me avoid injury and stay in tune with my body. Some days it's just a short run with lots of stretching—still counts. 2️⃣ Staying hydrated Hydration is about keeping your body functioning at its best, especially during long runs and sweaty workouts. 3️⃣ Prioritizing sleep Rest is part of the training. I’ve been more intentional with my sleep schedule because it helps my body recover and my mind stay sharp. 4️⃣ Fueling with the right nutrition I’m more mindful of what I eat before and after runs.
