In 2010, I did my first modeling casting in Germany. I was told I was too short and too thin — and to me, it felt like the Western world was saying “no” right away. So I didn’t pursue it, even though modeling had always been my dream. I’ve always loved modeling — it’s like acting, but in a photo instead of a video. And now, I feel grown-up enough to stop caring about what others think about my height or my body.
