Bummer to not get into WMPO this week in my backyard. Waited around as first alternate all day. Only fully exempt player on Tour to not get in the event. I guess #playbetter 🤷‍♂️. Full field PGA Tour events don’t include players with “full status” @acaseofthegolf1 @Daniel_Rapaport

@PGASplits101 Agreed. The WMPO is back to a regular full field event and for some reason they’re “special” and the Tour says they’re allowed to be the only full field event that doesn’t include ALL Fully exempt members. It’s my 5th season on Tour, 3rd with FULL status and only played once…..

The end of 2024 and most of 2025 aas an absolute rollercoaster but to finish out 2025 in this fashion has been unimaginable. Thankful and looking forward to 2026!

@acaseofthegolf1 And if the best players like Scottie are so great, they will still win them regardless if they are 156 player fields.

Hopefully we see some consistency from the Tour in the following years. If players don’t know what’s going on, how do we expect fans to understand. Play better is always the solution so looking forward to the Cognizant in a couple weeks! 👊🏼

@SmylieKaufman10 Proper scoring but this has got to be one of Pete Dye’s worst designed course. He makes great par 3s and that’s about it.
