It’s men’s mental health awareness month so I asked some friends their thoughts on therapy—curious to hear yours in the comments! Having a professional, confidential space to talk through things can help you gain clarity and a different perspective. For me, the hardest part was knowing where to start. I actually came across @RulaHealth while looking for a therapist who accepted my health insurance. @rulahealth made it incredibly simple to browse therapist options and find a good fit. I was so impressed by how easy the process was that I reached out to Rula, and now we’re working together to help spread awareness during Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

A pseudo environmentalist group hopes to take a big cash grab from the city to develop this area and disturb the natural environment all for money, but behind the lie of “conservation”.
