In my first few months on Instagram, I made… absolutely nothing.

Today I make $45K on autopilot per month (btw if you want to full breakdown of this, comment “PASSIVE” I’ll show you)

👉🏼 I created this account around January 2020, but let’s be honest… I wasn’t consistent. I posted here and there, maybe once or twice a week. It wasn’t until March that I really committed and started posting every single day (well… six times a week, let’s be real).

At the time, I was working full-time as a social media marketing manager in corporate. I used my spare time to share tips about Instagram growth and content creation - mostly to no one. But I kept going.

In May, I signed my first coaching clients. A few at first… then it became 5, 6, sometimes 7 clients at a time. By September, I launched my first group program and a low-ticket course - and that’s when things really took off.

The following year, I quit coaching altogether. I teamed up with @laurahaleydt, and in January 2021, we launched our first online course… which made over $400,000 🤯 From that point on, we focused fully on online courses and digital products and the rest is history ;)

If you’re in that early stage, just keep going. It doesn’t feel like it yet, but the work is stacking!

The same way hashtags were not going to save your content strategy, keywords are not magic either.

You need the right content to be put in front of people.

Comment KOALA and I’ll send you my full growth strategy that made me gain 63K followers in 30 days after a whole month break.

Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t recommend to use ChatGPT to write your content entirely. BUT when used right, you can create content 10x faster 🔥

@laurahaleydt posting a random single photo in 2026 felt illegal and it worked

we spent years optimizing the humanity out of our feeds... and now the most strategic thing you can do is act like it’s 2014 again.

save this and go post the photo x

The first few months? I made zero.
No secret sauce. No overnight success. Just consistency. And a little bit of delusional belief that it would work out 😏

Let’s normalise having no clue what you want to do with your life in your 20s.

It took me a very long time to figure out my path. Including A LOT of trial and errors.

For the longest time I felt like a complete failure... But looking back I’m actually so proud of
myself for not staying stuck in a place that didn’t feel right.

YOU HAVE TIME.
In your 20s
Even in your 30s
And I’d argue even more in 40s+

If you want a head start, you can grab my free guide on the strategy to use to start an Instagram
from scratch in 2026: just comment ‘KOALA’ I’ll send it to you.

I know trends are moving way too fast, but if you do keep an eye on what tends to work, you will actually start growing.

And I know because I stopped caring about what my audience wanted and ended up stuck at 100k followers for TWO YEARS.

Then I cared… and gained 200k new followers in 6 months 💣

Anyway, comment « SCALE » I’ll show you how

You’re going through things and having conversations that can be worth sharing.

The idea is to reflect on what happened during your day and see if that experience/conversation can be turned into a helpful piece of content.

Instead of constantly feeling out of ideas, you can spot these moments and suddenly you have stories to share.

NB: it does not mean oversharing about your personal life, or filming what you do everyday. The footage does not matter: write down the experience at the end of the day and use it as a story!

Disclaimer: I obviously do post Reels now. But for the first 1-2 months I only focused on Carousels. It helped me create content faster without overthinking.

You can comment “SCALE” for the full strategy 🙏🏼
