Hi Stefan, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We recommend you perform an IHU reset to fix this issue. An IHU reset will reboot your head unit, similar to restarting a phone. To perform an IHU reset, press and hold the home button on the screen in the car until the screen goes blank and reappears. After performing this reset, you will have to step out of the vehicle and then lock the vehicle. You can then unlock the vehicle to check if the issue has been resolved.
