baked brie with apricot jam, maple nut brittle, rosemary & thyme, and crispy sourdough crostini made with @smashkitchen olive oil! recipe: 1 12 oz wheel of double cream Brie (chilled) 1/4 cup walnuts 1/4 cup pistachios 3-4 tbsp maple syrup @smashkitchen olive oil or avocado oil spray Pinch of flaky salt 1 sourdough baguette @smashkitchen extra virgin olive oil Fresh rosemary & thyme Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, and spray with oil. Roughly chop up your nuts, and add them to a small skillet along with maple syrup. Turn the heat to medium, and cook until syrup is boiling and liquid has evaporated off, stirring frequently. Transfer to the baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with salt, and let cool until brittle is hardened (will still be a little sticky). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and cut your baguette into 1-inch slices. Drizzle on your olive oil, and toss the bread in the oil. Broil for 1-2 minutes on high on each side until golden and crispy. Preheat oven to 350 F. Add the Brie to an oven-safe baking dish, and score the top of the Brie through the rind. Drizzle with some olive oil and top with spoonfuls of apricot jam, nut brittle, and a little bit of fresh rosemary and thyme. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until Brie is soft and melty in the middle. Keep an eye on it because it’ll melt fast! Serve immediately with crostini! #SmashKitchenPartner
