This is everything I eat in a day to be 6’2 268lbs built like a house and hung like a mouse. My diet is something like 4500-5000 calories a day with 250g of protein minimum. When you’re this heavy, you have to eat a ton to put on size so yeah, this was a lot of food. It’s also quite expensive because I eat like a boujee cunt for the most part. Any ways meal number one was 6 whole eggs, feta cheese and 4 medium sized potatoes worth of hash browns. For meal number 2 we had 2 cups of coconut rice, broccolini, steelhead trout and some sushi. Meal number three was enough buffalo chicken wings to feed a small village of Sri Lakans and we finished off with a bowl of full fat pressed Greek yogurt with crushed pecans and sage infused honey. This is not about right or left, it’s about morality. What happened yesterday was a tragedy and extremely traumatic to witness. I was sickened to see the reactions of people laughing and celebrating a terribly inhumane act. How did we even get here? It’s barbaric, demonic and incredibly sad. The sheer lack of basic humanity is reprehensible. I posted a story about an innocent man who was executed publicly in front of his family and I had people unfollow me and attack me for it? Agreeing with the death of innocence is the purest form of evil.
I actually didn’t follow Charlie for his political views, I was much more interested in his perspective of religion. If you follow my page all I want to do is give people some information, motivation and maybe a laugh. I hate this. In saying that, I couldn’t be happier to watch the psychopaths leave.

Welcome to nutrition 101 where I show you how to calculate your caloric intake and macronutrient allocation to successfully transition into a weight loss phase. As you guys probably know, tomorrow I start my cutting journey and as always I’m taking you guys along with me. I make this video every year because it’s so crucial to the foundation of your nutrition knowledge. Like I said this is a benchmark system and takes some adjusting as time goes on. In some scenarios this system won’t work as well for example: people who are very obese might use something like lean mass rather than total mass for their maintenance level proxy.
Common fears people have addressed to me using this method are “I think this is way too many calories” or “wow that’s a lot of carbs, I don’t think that’s right”. First off… you really don’t know what you’re talking about (in the least condescending way possible). Second off.. what’s the worse that could happen? Try it for a couple weeks and even in a worse case scenario the most damage you will do (although extremely unlikely) is to gain a pound. Risking gaining a pound in exchange for finding your maintenance level is a price I would let everyone pay all day.

Here’s how to meal prep 4 protein packed and great tasting meals for the week. This is a classic Asian style stir fry that I eat constantly because it’s cheap, easy and tastes amazing.
Ingredients:
- 2lbs ground turkey
- 1-2 onion
- 1-2 pepper
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
- 1 broccoli crown
- Rice
- chicken broth
- soy sauce
- teriyaki
- sriracha
- sesame seeds
Also if you want to add a little more soy and teriyaki for extra flavour you can do so, I made room for a little top up in the calories 🤘

Watch the video and don’t make it. This is one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time but it was great. It filled me up with under 300 calories and over 40g of protein. Getting super lean is extremely difficult for a big girl like me with the appetite I have. I don’t function well on low calories. My brain shuts down, my energy and strength disappears and my dad hates me. Regardless, we’re getting the fucking job done. In my mind I’m already 10% body fat … I’m just not there yet 🙏

We’re going to kick off the first full day of eating on the cut with an absolute banger. This is everything I am eating currently to lose weight for the summer.
Meal 1:
12oz Striploin
6 whole eggs
Meal 2:
350g Tuna Steak
Asian Salad Dressing
Meal 3:
300g chicken breast
1 cup or rice
Veggies, teriyaki, oil etc.
Meal 4:
525g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp of Cherry Jam
You will notice the protein is extremely high. I definitely went way over my protein but I don’t have an issue with that really. I want to make it clear that you do not need to be that extreme with your protein intake but although 3200 calories might seem like a lot of food to some people, when you’re coming of 5000 calories + it’s actually quite light. Protein helps keep me full and in tangent with the high fats, I’m feeling great! Stay shredded bello’s

Happy Thanksgiving you mutants🤘🙏 in honour of this incredible holiday I decided to absolutely destroy my physique with one massive cheat meal. We ordered 20 pieces of fried chicken and a large order of stuffing from KFC, a bacon cheese burger, cheese burger, bacon cheese hotdog, two orders of large fries all from five guy, a gallon of gravy and a pumpkin pie with light whipped cream (to keep the calories down). This meal actually sucked, I hated every second of it but I had to get it done (I didn’t). From my calculations I ate about 6000+ calories. My head hurts, my stomach hurts and it burns when I pee.

This is everything I eat in a day at 6’2 270lbs to look like an absolute nail gun. Now I usually try and stay under 5000 calories but I did a little whoopsies at the end of the night and ordered a platter of sushi instead of a couple rolls. Other than that we had steak and eggs for breakfast, tuna steak on a bed of Asian rice for lunch and a couple smash cheese burgers for dinner. I’m the absolute best.

I highly recommend you watch the whole podcast to get the full story because there’s so much more nuance that a small snippet cannot capture.
My Canadian following always asks me why I live in the states a lot and why I don’t promote Canadian teams etc. I love Canada and she will always be my mother but sometimes for you to have a healthy relationship you just need some space.
Before I was a content creator I was pretty determined to peruse a career in capital markets. I did everything I thought I was supposed to do to be a strong candidate (Bcomm in finance, CFA 2, multiple years of experience at my families finance company) but felt pretty stonewalled during the application process. I was getting rejected based off of some factors that were completely out of my control. Keep in mind it wasn’t purely that, I’m not trying to paint a picture of an extremely racist/hateful society and to be fair those roles were highly competitive and do take time for anyone to get. The only thing is the application process made it very apparent that I was not what they were looking for. I struggled a lot finding success within Canada and it wasn’t until I had access to the American market that things started working in a real way for me.
The last thing I want you guys to take from this video is that I’m a victim, I am not, I am quite the opposite. This is just a real and honest look at events that happened in my life. I am extremely grateful for the adversity I faced during that time. It forced me to be creative and competitive. The only thing that came to mind mind when I felt like things weren’t going my way was “oh yeah, that’s how it’s going to be? Fuck you, I don’t need you either”. In life you have two options, to crumble under the hardships your fate throws at you or to stop complaining, realize life isn’t fair and to overcome them. So here I am, telling 15 year olds I’m going to fold their dads and take their mom on steak dinners .. and I couldn’t be happier.

Since the Super Bowl is around the corner, I decided to bench press 225lbs for as many reps as possible to see what position I would play based off the NFL combine results. This video is undeniable proof that I am without question the strongest bencher in the NFL (per unit of horn length). I always thought I was meant to be the best content creator in the world but it’s crazy how life changes. Cant wait to see you on the big screen in a couple weeks after I get signed to the Chiefs. I want to thank your mom for all the support and your dad for literally being my punching bag. This is everything I eat in a day currently to resemble a deep freezer. Right now I’m eating 2800 calories which is technically a deficit but that’s also because I ate 14 million calories over thanksgiving weekend. Calories will be coming up slowly unless my coach absolutely hates me and wants to watch me suffer meaninglessly. Today we had eggs with feta and pemeal bacon, Striploin and rice, a protein shake, tilapia potatoes and broccoli and a bowl of pudding with chocolate chips. Hope you all enjoy 🤘

This is everything I eat in a day as a 6’2 270lbs meat muffin with @bastardburrito . We started the day off with a colossal breakfast: 2 protein Belgian waffles topped with bananas, strawberries, whipped cream and natural maple syrup.
For meal number two we headed down to Fat Bastard Burrito @bastardburrito bastardburrito and picked up the new Protein Punch bowl for a protein packed post workout meal.
For lunch number 2 we had a couple cheeky blueberry muffins because I got hungry before dinner.
We finished the night off with honey garlic chicken thighs, rice and broccolini. I’m the absolute best.

I don’t know how you sickos like Mukbangs, literally every time I make them I cringe at how gross it is 😭. Any ways in honour of the Super Bowl today I decided to eat like an absolute human dumpster fire and take down a shit ton of chicken wings and fries. We have 75 wings comprised of bbq, honey garlic, Korean style, garlic Parmesan and a mystery flavour. We also ordered cheesy fries and buffalo chicken style fries.

This is everything I eat in a day to cut weight for the summer 🙏 I’m currently weighing 250lbs which is about 2LBS less than when I left for my vacation last week. I decided to cut my calories because honestly… I just want to speed this thing up a bit. Now I know I told you that as long as you’re losing weight you shouldn’t cut your calories, this is true and I stand by it, but you have to remember: 1) I do content and have to factor in engagement and can’t always do things the way I’d like to 2) that I have a lot more room then the average cat to peel back calories, so I can afford this. This day was also a high fat day which is something I love to throw in everyone and a while. It’s a great day for my keto folks out there. We have a big boy dirty bulk full day of eating. Was this day optimal ..no but I benched 375lbs for 7 so suggama bag. We are at the final stretch of the bulk and when I get to this point I just pound food and don’t take it too seriously. Really my main goal is just to house 5000 calories with as much protein as possible. Today we had a 6 egg shakshuka topped with feta cheese, 3 pork chops with a side of blueberries and raspberries, pasta Alfredo with chicken and pizza with some meatballs arancini and olives. Still the absolute best 🤝🙏

This is everything I eat in a day at 6’2 270lbs of pure cold rolled steel. I am eating any where from 5000- 5500 calories a day just to keep the size I have and add some. Eating this much food consistently does get exhausting but we’re the fucking best so we do it anyways. Today we had breakfast egg wraps with a side of blueberries, bbq chicken drumsticks with homemade fries, slow roast beef and rice topped with chutney and McDonald’s Big Mac combo with large fries a junior chicken and a hot fudge Sunday. I’m an absolute burning dumpster fire of a human being.
