INGREDIENTS
1 Farmhouse Loaf
Farm Boy™ Dijon Mustard
Farm Boy™ Black Forest Ham, sliced
Farm Boy™ Swiss Cheese Slices (2 slices per sandwich)
6 eggs
1 cup of Farm Boy™ Organic 3.8% Whole Milk
Splash of heavy cream
Salt + black pepper
Farm Boy™ Farmstead Gruyere Cheese, grated (enough to fully cover the top)
Fried eggs (optional — to “Madame” it)
Farm Boy™ Cream of Tomato Soup, for serving
Chives, finely sliced (optional garnish)
METHOD
Spread Dijon on both sides of each slice of bread.
Build sandwiches using Black Forest ham and 2 slices of Swiss in each.
Pack the sandwiches snugly into a baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly over the sandwiches, ensuring the bread is fully soaked.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, uncover and top generously with grated Gruyère.
Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, until set.
Switch to broil for the last 2 minutes to toast the top.
Let cool for 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve.
Top with a fried egg and chives if desired.
Serve alongside warmed Farm Boy Cream of Tomato Soup.

Today, I’m cooking up a herb-crusted rack of lamb with maple-glazed carrots, crispy holiday stuffing, and cranberries on the side. Simple, elevated, and perfect to add some fresh thinking to your holidays.
RECIPE
Herb Crust:
Farm Boy™ Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 bunch parsley
2 sprigs rosemary
4 sprigs thyme
2 garlic cloves
Blend until green and even spread on a tray.
Lamb:
Season rack of lamb with olive oil, Farm Boy™ Kosher Salt, pepper. Sear on all sides until golden. Brush with Farm Boy™ Dijon Mustard and press into herb crumbs. Roast at 400°F until just past medium-rare. Rest 5–10 minutes, then slice.
Carrots:
Blanch in salted water. Toss in butter and a touch of Farm Boy™ Amber Maple Syrup. Cook until glossy and caramelized.
Stuffing:
Prepare Farm Boy™ Original Stuffing Mix according to the box. Transfer to a casserole, add butter, thyme, and rosemary. Bake at 400°F for 10–15 minutes until crisp and bubbly.
Serve with Farm Boy™ Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce and enjoy a perfect holiday bite.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 4):
4 Farm Boy™ Cranberry Pecan Stuffed Chicken Breasts (1 per person)
Farm Boy™ Herbs & Garlic Mayo Spread (as needed)
1 tbsp Farm Boy™ Harissa Seasoning Mix
3–4 tbsp neutral oil (for searing + carrots)
4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes (about 3 cups chopped)
2 tbsp beef tallow
1 pkg carrots
2 tbsp Farm Boy™ Amber Maple Syrup
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
Salt, to taste
METHOD:
Chicken: Sear stuffed chicken breasts in a hot pan with neutral oil until golden. Transfer to a 375°F oven and roast until cooked through. Rest before slicing.
Crispy Roast Potatoes: Blanch potatoes in salted water. Drain and steam dry. Rough them up in a bowl to create crispy edges. Add to a hot tray with 2 tbsp beef tallow and roast at 400°F, turning periodically until golden. Finish with 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme.
Maple-Harissa Carrots: Toss the carrots with neutral oil, 1 tbsp Farm Boy harissa spice, and salt. Roast at 400°F. Halfway through toss with 2 tbsp maple syrup. Once out of the oven, finish with 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley.
Serve: Spoon herb & garlic mayo into a ramekin, slice the rested chicken, and build everything onto a platter.
