Simple, elevated, and perfect to add some fresh thinking to your holidays.   RECIPE   Herb Crust: Farm Boy™ Panko Breadcrumbs 1/2 bunch parsley 2 sprigs rosemary 4 sprigs thyme 2 garlic cloves   Blend until green and even spread on a tray.   Lamb: Season rack of lamb with olive oil, Farm Boy™ Kosher Salt, pepper. Sear on all sides until golden. Brush with Farm Boy™ Dijon Mustard and press into herb crumbs. Roast at 400°F until just past medium-rare. Rest 5–10 minutes, then slice.   Carrots: Blanch in salted water. Toss in butter and a touch of Farm Boy™ Amber Maple Syrup. Cook until glossy and caramelized.   Stuffing: Prepare Farm Boy™ Original Stuffing Mix according to the box. Transfer to a casserole, add butter, thyme, and rosemary. INGREDIENTS (SERVES 4): 4 Farm Boy™ Cranberry Pecan Stuffed Chicken Breasts (1 per person) Farm Boy™ Herbs & Garlic Mayo Spread (as needed) 1 tbsp Farm Boy™ Harissa Seasoning Mix 3–4 tbsp neutral oil (for searing + carrots) 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes (about 3 cups chopped) 2 tbsp beef tallow 1 pkg carrots 2 tbsp Farm Boy™ Amber Maple Syrup 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme Salt, to taste METHOD: Chicken: Sear stuffed chicken breasts in a hot pan with neutral oil until golden.
