Comment “GUIDE” to get my free 18 page investing guide! Here are the only 4 ETFs / Index Funds that you need for life.

#1. VTI - this is Vanguard’s Total Stock Market ETF that tracks all the US Companies.

#2. SCHD - Schwab’s very popular Dividend Equity ETF. Dividend stocks are more stable in nature so this will provide less growth than the others on this list but many investors love the income portion.

#3. VOO - The Daddy of all ETFs - the S&P 500 ETF is tried and true and many providers will allow you to buy it through different ticker symbols like IVV, FXAIX, or SPY.

#4. QQQ - If you want to invest in Tech & Growth Stocks, this ETF is for you. It will be way more volatile than the above, but the returns can be pretty crazy.

Has everyone lied to you about buying a house?

Comment ‘Watch’ and I’ll personally DM you the full conversation.

This week, I wanted to do something different.

Instead of sitting down with just one guest, I brought together three of the most experienced minds in personal finance for an open debate.

Many of you already know @raoulgmi and @minoritymindset , and for the first time, @humphreytalks joins us on The Diary Of A CEO.

Each of them sees money in their own way, and I wanted to put those views side by side.

We cover:

- Should you buy or rent a house?
- Why savings accounts might actually be making you poorer?
- The single best skill to escape being broke!
- Is passive income a myth?
- The brutal truth about debt and credit cards?

We’re living through one of the hardest financial times in recent memory, interest rates up, house prices sky high, inflation eroding savings, and wages struggling to keep up.

What I kept coming back to is that no matter how much money or tech changes, people will always need other people.

Human connection doesn’t go away. And for me, the skills that matter most are still learning how money works and understanding technology.

That’s like a cheat code for the future. Those are the things I’ll carry with me from this debate.
