@getgraza drizzle oil (now in a GLASS bottle!!), 1/2 cup parsley, 1/2 cup dill, 1/4 cup basil. blend + heat to 150ish. strain over a paper towel into a jar. add oil to a bowl with grated garlic, anchovy paste, lemon zest, tarragon, parsley, chives, capers and some burrata (or ricotta! or feta!) with grilled bread.

The flavor is bright and bold, and it brings a most delightful richness to everything it touches — from meats and vegetables, to even the occasional slice of bread, just before toasting.

The Frozen Dirty Marg-tini is the nepo baby of cocktails. With parents like the frozen marg and dirty martini, its success was assured from conception. Frozen, savory, refreshing, & boozy, it’s taking the pool party cocktail scene by storm 🫒🏖️

Frozen Dirty Marg-tini
2 oz Blanco Tequila 
1 oz Lime Juice 
1 oz Castelvetrano Olive Brine 
3/4 oz Agave Syrup (or 2:1 Raw Sugar Syrup)
1/4 oz Drizzle Olive Oil @getgraza 
2 C. Crushed Ice (300g)

Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth and slushy. Pour into a rocks glass with a salt rim and garnish with skewered olives.
Note: for the best frozen texture, chill the tequila, lime, & brine at least an hour before making.

Cane’s Chicken & Bread at home,
and it’s better than the drive-thru (don’t tell them I said that) #GrazaPartner

Made this whole spread using @getgraza mayo and aioli because if your mayo isn’t made with
100% olive oil, then you’re not getting the fullest potential from your mayo!

🍀Crispy Chicken:
1-2 cups flour
1-2 cups heavy cream
3 tbsp cornstarch
2-3 tbsp @getgraza Original Mayo (into the dredge)
Your favorite seasonings

🍀Cane’s Sauce:
1/2 cup @getgraza Fancy Mayo
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire
Garlic powder + black pepper
Texas Toast (Tangzhong Bread):
Tangzhong: 1/4 cup bread flour • 1/2 cup milk

🍀Dough:
3 3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tsp instant dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 tbsp butter
Egg wash: 1 egg • 1 tbsp milk • sesame seeds

📝Directions:
1. In a bowl mix heavy cream and your seasonings of choice! Than add the chicken in and let sit until you lose patience! Lastly add @getgraza original mayo to add the extra fat that will give it that extra crisp!!
2. Move the chicken from the heavy cream dredge and Coat chicken in the flour dredge and fry at 350°F until golden and cooked through.
3. Mix all Cane’s sauce ingredients together and chill.
4. For tangzhong, cook flour + milk over medium heat until thick paste forms. Let cool.
5. Mix all dough ingredients with tangzhong, knead until smooth, then let rise until doubled.
6. Shape into a loaf, proof again, brush with egg wash, and bake at 350°F until golden.
7. Slice, spread with @getgraza Garlic Aioli, and toast until crisp!!
