Coach’s Playbook is LIVE! Just comment “PLAYBOOK” for access 🚀

This is the exact step-by-step framework I used to scale my coaching business past $50K/month, without a website, a massive team, or burning out.

Inside you’ll learn:
✅ How to build authority-driven content that actually converts
✅ The 2 simple funnels you need to sign clients consistently
✅ The sales script that’s closed millions in coaching revenue
✅ When to hire, what to outsource, and how to scale like a CEO

This is the resource I WISH I had when I started, it would’ve saved me months of trial and error and shortcut my success massively.

Most people mistake intensity for health.

Running yourself into the ground might make you feel disciplined, but it’s not sustainable.

You don’t need endless zone 4 cardio or brutal sessions to look and feel your best.

Longevity comes from consistency, not chaos.

Walk more. Lift heavy. Sleep well. Eat real food.

You’ll look better, move better, and feel sharper without burning out your body.

Health isn’t about punishment. It’s about performance that lasts.

You don’t need to be ready, you just need to start.

When I started 75 Hard, I wasn’t chasing aesthetics or followers I was chasing discipline and I knew if I could build that offline, I could document it online.

So I launched a new account.

No niche. No strategy. Just a commitment to show up every day.

Training, meals, mindset shifts.

I was documenting all of it.

Eventually, I got clearer on what made me different my background, my values, where I was headed and that became my USP.

Then I created a simple free resource based on what helped me most, didn’t wait for the perfect funnel, just launched it messy.

Collected emails and that list turned into warm leads eventually turning into income.

Started with time-based offers and over time refined them, built systems around them & scaled from there.

Comment “PLAYBOOK” and I’ll send you the exact steps I followed to hit 100k in 100 days.

Most people don’t have a content problem.
They have a documentation problem.

If you’re not showing your journey, you’re giving people no reason to care.

You don’t need to act like an expert. You just need to show up with direction.
Be honest about where you’re starting, what you’re building, and what you’re learning along the way.

That’s what builds trust. That’s what builds connection.

Document, don’t perform. The story is what sells.

If you want to see how to turn your journey into content that actually converts, comment “CONTENT” and I’ll share the full video breakdown.

Here’s how I did it👇

Share this with someone who needs to see this

✅ 1. Decide: Are You Documenting or Positioning as an Authority?
– Documentation builds trust (showing the journey)
– Authority builds influence (teaching the path)
– Most stay stuck “sharing their story” forever few step up and lead with clarity

✅ 2. Create Content That Speaks to One Person.
– Understand your ICP’s silent thoughts, daily frustrations, and future they wish they had
– Write like you're coaching your past self same fears, same doubts, same dreams
– Handle objections in your content so they feel seen and sold without the pitch

✅ 3. Build a FEEDBACK LOOP, not a follower count
– Track save-to-like and share-to-view ratios weekly
– Study why top posts worked (hook, format, emotion, timing)
– Don’t create in a vacuum. Let the data sharpen the message.

✅ 4. Build a Repeatable Content Engine (Not Just a Posting Habit)
– 1 idea = 5–10 assets (carousel, reel, thread, email, story)
– Leverage is better than hustle: batch, repurpose, automate
– Track what converts not just what goes viral

✅ 5. Stay Consistent
– 5–7 high-leverage posts per week. No exceptions.
– Build systems, not streaks (templates, batching, automation)
– Most people quit at 90 days. The ones who stay 180+? They scale.

Spend enough time with people who say maybe later, and life slows down.

Spend time with people who say let’s do it, and suddenly everything feels possible.

Post like an authority not like someone hoping to be one.

You’ve done the reps.
You’ve earned the insight.
So stop softening your voice to seem relatable.

Speak from lived experience.
Give people the shortcut you never had.

When you lead with clarity, people follow.
If you lead with uncertainty, they’ll just scroll.

Most creators post to impress.
The smart ones post to convert.

You’re not here to entertain you’re here to help someone solve a real problem.

Speak to the pain they actually feel.

Make every line speak to someone, not everyone.

Because vague content might get likes but it won’t build your business.

Comment “Playbook” and I’ll show you how.

Of course it’s performative. You’re talking to a camera and pretending there’s a person on the other side.

But that’s the point.

It never really stops feeling awkward. Even now, I still check who’s around or glance over my shoulder before I start filming.

It doesn’t change, you just get better at tolerating the short term discomfort because you’ve seen what comes from it.

There’s a reason most creators default to filming at home or in their car. It removes friction, not the feeling.

Content is, and always will be, performative.

So lean into it. The trade off of a little short term embarrassment is 100% worth it.

You don’t need the best camera.
You don’t need an expensive mic.
You don’t need the perfect setup.

I started with a smartphone and a pair of wide headphones.
And I still shoot that way now.

The reason it works is because I stopped guessing and learned to follow a proven system.
