One of a kind dinner experience the other night at @bobs_steakandchop !!

Sad it took one of our friends moving away for us to get together, but so glad we were able to live it up one last time.

Its not goodbye, its see you later.. @ncclark_

What did I order?

Drink: Old Fashioned, Red Wine
Appetizers: Onion Rings, Fried Calamari, Crab Cake, Shrimp Platter
Entree: Mignon cooked medium, with a side of mashed potatoes, Lobster Mac and cheese, and their signature carrot
Dessert: Carrot cake with a side of Brownie Sundae :)

Highly recommend Bob’s Steak & Chop House for a nice dinner with your spouse, your friends, your co-workers, or even by yourself!

Carrot cake espresso martinis all spring long 🐰🥕

Ingredients:
- 1 double shot fresh brewed espresso
- 1/2 oz. carrot cake simple syrup
- 3/4 oz. coffee liqueur
- 1 & 1/2 oz. vodka
- cream cheese cold foam

Carrot Cake Simple Syrup Ingredients:
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup walnuts

Steps:
1. Combine all of the carrot cake simple syrup ingredients to a pan then bring to a boil.
2. Gradually stir, then place a lid on top and let boil for 3 minutes.
3. Remove lid then take pan off heat.
4. While syrup is thin and warm, strain into a pot/heat safe bowl to remove carrots and walnuts.
5. Let syrup cool, should begin to thicken.
6. Once completely cool, store in a container and keep in the fridge.
7. Enjoy!
Cream Cheese Cold Foam:
* 1/2 tbs. cream cheese
* 1 tbs. sugar
* 2 oz. heavy cream
Chocolate Carrots Garnish
1. Melt white chocolate and divide into two. Add green food coloring into one bowl of the melted white chocolate, and orange into the other.
2. Fill two pipping bags, one with each color, and pipe carrot shape onto wax paper.
3. Allow the chocolate to cool & harden then you’re ready to go!

Carrot Cake Cottage Cheese Cup

Ingredients

Carrot Cake Base:
• 1 Good Culture single serve cottage cheese cup
• 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp grated carrots
• 3 dates; soaked in hot water for 10 mins & drained
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Toppings:
• whipped cream
• pumpkin pie spice
• crushed walnuts
• shredded carrot (optional)

Method:
1. Add all base ingredients to the cup of an immersion blender & blend until smooth.
2. Transfer back to good culture cup and freeze for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
3. Top with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, crushed walnuts, + shredded carrot & enjoy!

Easter weekend just got a wholeeee lot sweeter 🤭🥕🍰

In the mood for a little baking with RYZE? This coffee carrot cake is the perfect recipe to try 🤤 Grab the recipe below + don’t forget to SAVE this post for later! 👇

Cake ingredients:

-2 tbsp RYZE Mushroom Coffee
-1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water
-½ cup coconut sugar
-¼ cup melted vegan butter
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup oat flour
-1 ½ tsp baking powder
-1 ½ tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 cup freshly grated carrots

Crumb topping ingredients:

-½ cup oat flour
-½ cup chopped walnuts
-¼ cup coconut sugar
-1 tsp ground cinnamon
-2 tbsp melted butter

Icing ingredients:

-1 cup powdered sugar
-1-2 tsp milk of choice

Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 6-inch cake pan. Make the flax egg by combining the ground flaxseed and water in a small bowl. Stir and let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.

2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flax egg, coconut sugar, melted vegan butter, and vanilla extract. Add the oat flour, RYZE Mushroom Coffee, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon to the bowl. Stir until just combined, then fold in the grated carrots.

3️⃣ In a separate bowl, make the crumb topping by mixing together the oat flour, chopped walnuts, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until a crumbly mixture forms.

4️⃣ Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, then sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool for about 10–15 minutes in the pan.

5️⃣ To make the icing, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle the icing over the cake, slice, and enjoy!
