Carrot cake espresso martinis all spring long 🐰🥕 Ingredients: - 1 double shot fresh brewed espresso - 1/2 oz. carrot cake simple syrup - 3/4 oz. coffee liqueur - 1 & 1/2 oz. vodka - cream cheese cold foam Carrot Cake Simple Syrup Ingredients: - 2 chopped carrots - 1 cup brown sugar - 1 cup water - 1 tsp. cinnamon - 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice - 1/4 cup walnuts Steps: 1. Combine all of the carrot cake simple syrup ingredients to a pan then bring to a boil. 2. Gradually stir, then place a lid on top and let boil for 3 minutes. 3. Remove lid then take pan off heat. 4. While syrup is thin and warm, strain into a pot/heat safe bowl to remove carrots and walnuts. 5. Let syrup cool, should begin to thicken. 6. Once completely cool, store in a container and keep in the fridge. 7. Enjoy! Cream Cheese Cold Foam: * 1/2 tbs. cream cheese * 1 tbs. sugar * 2 oz. heavy cream Chocolate Carrots Garnish 1. Melt white chocolate and divide into two. Add green food coloring into one bowl of the melted white chocolate, and orange into the other. 2. Fill two pipping bags, one with each color, and pipe carrot shape onto wax paper. 3.
