high protein raspberry cheesecake 🍰

ingredients:
1x 160g vanila YoPRO yoghurt tub
200g cottage cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cornflour
½ cup raspberries

method:
1. Preheat oven to 180℃ (160℃ fan forced).
2. Add all of your ingredients (a part from the raspberries) to a blender, and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a lined baking dish, top with raspberries and bake in the oven for 40-45 mins.
4. Leave to cool on the bench for 10 mins, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Slice & enjoyyy

Weekly snack prep: Mango & Passionfruit Yoghurt Pots @yoproau 
Ingredients
4 × 160 g YoPRO vanilla core pots
4 tbsp chia seeds (1 tbsp per pot)

Instructions
Stir 1 tbsp chia seeds into each yoghurt pot.

We are using the Salted Caramel @yoproau yoghurt for this high protein treat, but you can really use any YoPRO flavour for this recipe and get creative!!

Recipe (makes 2)
 
Ingredients
- 200g Salted Caramel YoPRO
- 1 large tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
- Handful of salted peanuts
- 75 grams dark chocolate
- tbsp coconut oil

Recipe
1. Combine YoPRO yoghurt, peanut butter and honey in a bowl.
2. Spoon two large scoops of the mixture onto a plate lined with baking paper. Insert a metal spoon/paddle pop stick into each yoghurt spoonful. Cover the spoon completely and top with nuts.
3. Freeze for 2-4 hours
4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler. 5. Remove frozen yoghurt pops from freezer and coat with chocolate. Freeze again for 5-10 minutes
5. Best eaten straight away 🙂

Sprinkle with a little sea salt, then freeze again for 10–15 minutes to set.
Store in the freezer and let sit at room temp for a few minutes before eating for the best texture.

high protein banana pudding 🍌🤍 an easy dessert that comes together with only 5 ingredients

 ingredients:
1x 160g tub @yoproau banana yoghurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
3-4 ladyfinger biscuits
1 banana, sliced

method:
1. to a bowl add YoPRO banana yoghurt, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and cinnamon. 
2. beat with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy.
3. break up 1 ladyfinger into the bottom of a glass or jar
4. layer with a few banana slices and half the yoghurt mix.
5. repeat with the second ladyfinger, more banana, and the rest of the yoghurt.
6. chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours so the biscuits soften. enjoy!
