Preheat oven to 180℃ (160℃ fan forced). 2. Add all of your ingredients (a part from the raspberries) to a blender, and blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a lined baking dish, top with raspberries and bake in the oven for 40-45 mins. 4. Leave to cool on the bench for 10 mins, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Your 3pm self will thank you for making this 🍫🥜🍦 We are using the Salted Caramel @yoproau yoghurt for this high protein treat, but you can really use any YoPRO flavour for this recipe and get creative!! Recipe (makes 2) Ingredients - 200g Salted Caramel YoPRO - 1 large tbsp peanut butter - 1 tsp honey - Handful of salted peanuts - 75 grams dark chocolate - tbsp coconut oil Recipe 1. Combine YoPRO yoghurt, peanut butter and honey in a bowl. 2. Spoon two large scoops of the mixture onto a plate lined with baking paper. Insert a metal spoon/paddle pop stick into each yoghurt spoonful. Cover the spoon completely and top with nuts. 3. Freeze for 2-4 hours 4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler. 5. Remove frozen yoghurt pops from freezer and coat with chocolate. Freeze again for 5-10 minutes 5. Best eaten straight away 🙂 #AD #YoPRO #FuelYourJourney #FrozenYoghurt #YoghurtSnack

high protein banana pudding 🍌🤍 an easy dessert that comes together with only 5 ingredients ingredients: 1x 160g tub @yoproau banana yoghurt ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 3-4 ladyfinger biscuits 1 banana, sliced method: 1. to a bowl add YoPRO banana yoghurt, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and cinnamon. 2. beat with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy. 3. break up 1 ladyfinger into the bottom of a glass or jar 4. layer with a few banana slices and half the yoghurt mix. 5. repeat with the second ladyfinger, more banana, and the rest of the yoghurt. 6. chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours so the biscuits soften. enjoy! #AD #BananaPudding #EasyRecipes #HighProteinDessert #EasySnacks

This year I’ve missed out on two Hyrox races here in Aus because of clashes with the GC Marathon, and then our wedding, so I need to make up for lost time. Excited to hit the floor with my boy @seemorebenny in Singapore in 3 weeks, before running it back in Melbourne 2 week later on December 14 to round out the year. @yoproau always helping me get through some big training days, especially for those times between sessions when I don’t have time for a main meal.
