high protein raspberry cheesecake 🍰

ingredients:
1x 160g vanila YoPRO yoghurt tub
200g cottage cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cornflour
½ cup raspberries

method:
1. Preheat oven to 180℃ (160℃ fan forced).
2. Add all of your ingredients (a part from the raspberries) to a blender, and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a lined baking dish, top with raspberries and bake in the oven for 40-45 mins.
4. Leave to cool on the bench for 10 mins, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Slice & enjoyyy

Greek Chicken Tortilla Bowls using @yoproau Plain Yoghurt to celebrate it being back in stores!
YoPRO supports your muscles and reduces fatigue with 17g protein + vitamin B12*
Ingredients:
For the chicken
* 500g chicken thigh
* 1 heaped tbsp plain @YoPROau yoghurt
* 1 tsp minced garlic
* 1 tsp dried oregano
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* ½ tsp ground cumin
* Juice of ½ lemon
* Salt and pepper to taste
For the tzatziki
* 200g plain YoPRO yoghurt
* ¼ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry in a clean towel
* 1 tsp minced garlic
* 1 tsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
* Salt and pepper, to taste
For the tortilla
* 1 large flour tortilla
* Olive oil spray
To serve:
* Cooked rice
* Cherry tomatoes, halved
* Cucumber, diced
* Red onion, sliced
* Green capsicum, diced
* fetta, crumbled
* Drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon
Method:
Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush both sides of each tortilla with olive oil, then press them into oven-proof bowls to hold their shape. Bake for 12 minutes until golden and crispy. Set aside to cool — they will firm up further as they rest.
Combine all chicken ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
For the tzatziki, grate the cucumber then wrap in a clean towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Mix the drained cucumber with the remaining tzatziki ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Spray a pan with oil and cook the chicken over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through and golden. Rest for 2 minutes, then slice.
Toss the salad ingredients together with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill each tortilla shell with the rice, Greek salad and sliced chicken. Dollop the tzatziki over the top and finish with crumbled feta.

Ingredients
4 × 160 g YoPRO vanilla core pots

Apple Crumble Pancake Bowls using @YoPROAU vanilla yoghurt 🍏
YoPRO supports muscles and reduce fatigue with 15g of protein and Vitamin b12*
Recipe (Serves 1)
Pancake: 1 egg, 100g YoPRO Vanilla yoghurt, 40g plain flour, 70ml milk, ½ tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 small green apple diced, pinch of salt.
Crumble: 2 tbsp rolled oats, 1 tsp honey, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp melted butter
Method
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Whisk together egg, yoghurt, flour, milk, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and honey until smooth
3. Pour into a small oven-safe dish, stir most of the apple through and scatter the rest on top
4. In a bowl, mix crumble ingredients until oats are coated, sprinkle over the top of the mixture
5. Bake 25-30 mins or until set and golden
6. Serve warm with an extra dollop of YoPRO yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup

Pinch of salt
Chocolate shell:
200g sugar free dark chocolate

Line a loaf tin with baking paper and spread the mixture into the pan.
Freeze until completely firm, ideally overnight.
Lift out and slice into bars.

Dip each bar to coat, then place on a lined tray.
Sprinkle with a little sea salt, then freeze again for 10–15 minutes to set.

For the granola bars: 
- 2 cups rolled oats 
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut 
- 1/2 cup dried or freeze-dried blueberries 
- 1/3 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped 
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter

- 1 tablespoon neutral oil (coconut, light olive, canola, or a knob of melted butter)

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

high protein banana pudding 🍌🤍 an easy dessert that comes together with only 5 ingredients

 ingredients:
1x 160g tub @yoproau banana yoghurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
3-4 ladyfinger biscuits
1 banana, sliced

method:
1. to a bowl add YoPRO banana yoghurt, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and cinnamon. 
2. beat with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy.
3. break up 1 ladyfinger into the bottom of a glass or jar
4. layer with a few banana slices and half the yoghurt mix.
5. repeat with the second ladyfinger, more banana, and the rest of the yoghurt.
6. chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours so the biscuits soften. enjoy!

high protein banana pudding 🍌🤍 an easy dessert that comes together with only 5 ingredients ingredients: 1x 160g tub @yoproau banana yoghurt ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 3-4 ladyfinger biscuits 1 banana, sliced method: 1. to a bowl add YoPRO banana yoghurt, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and cinnamon. 2. beat with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy. 3. break up 1 ladyfinger into the bottom of a glass or jar 4. layer with a few banana slices and half the yoghurt mix. 5. repeat with the second ladyfinger, more banana, and the rest of the yoghurt. 6. chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours so the biscuits soften. enjoy! #AD #BananaPudding #EasyRecipes #HighProteinDessert #EasySnacks

This year I’ve missed out on two Hyrox races here in Aus because of clashes with the GC Marathon, and then our wedding, so I need to make up for lost time. 

Excited to hit the floor with my boy @seemorebenny in Singapore in 3 weeks, before running it back in Melbourne 2 week later on December 14 to round out the year.

@yoproau always helping me get through some big training days, especially for those times between sessions when I don’t have time for a main meal.

Ingredients:
* 1 cup frozen banana
* 2 cups frozen blueberries
* 1 scoop of of vanilla protein powder
* 1/4 cup Limited Edition YoPRO yoghurt
* splash of almond milk
* Ice
Toppings:
* Fresh blueberries
* Fresh Strawberries
* Coconut flakes
* Drizzle of passionfruit
Instructions:
Add the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a bowl, top with your favourite toppings, and enjoy!
