A little extra time can make a lifetime of difference 🥹⚾️👏 Yesterday after the USA exhibition game, once the field and stands had mostly cleared, I noticed a big group of kids gathered along the outfield baseline. Security was ushering everyone out and telling them the stadium needed to clear — but 40 minutes after the game, Ethan Holliday was still there, signing every ball he could. When security finally told everyone they had to head home, Ethan crossed over to the other side of the field toward his exit… and heard a group of young fans calling his name from the opposite baseline. So he stopped again. Another pit stop. More autographs. After a long day in the Arizona heat and before flying out to play for Team USA, he still chose to give a few extra moments — even though he didn’t have to. Those extra moments can mean everything to a kid in the stands and really seal the idea that they can be him one day. Sometimes a little extra time can make a lifetime of difference.
