IVF UPDATE ❤️‍🩹 these words are incredibly painful to share, but they are raw, true, and the reality we are currently processing. after a pregnancy loss, 2+ years trying to conceive, countless doctor’s appointments, scans, and injections, two egg retrievals, and dozens of eggs retrieved and fertilized, we were met with only two viable embryos. two. the numbers don’t make sense. the numbers don’t feel fair. but as much of a punch to the gut as they were, we praised God. we gave Him thanks for these two miracle embryos. we trusted Him fully. these two embryos would be our two children. on the day of our transfer, the embryo they initially thawed did not survive. and just like that, in the blink of an eye, we were down to one. one. one chance. I wanted to grieve, but instead I had 60 seconds to pull myself together. all that mattered now was staying strong for this one embryo. our rainbow baby. we transferred our one and only embryo — full of excitement, joy, and hope. the transfer failed. 💔 we don’t know where we go from here. we are young. we are healthy. we did everything right. we prayed, we trusted, and we showed up with unwavering faith. there is no making sense of this. and while I am hanging on by a thread, it’s the hem of His garment. I will never understand why this had to be my story, but I am still reaching for God. still praising Him. I have no strength left of my own. He is my only strength. I will remain faithful because I trust He still has a plan for us, & that thread of faith is the only thing keeping me stitched together. though this path has been painful and lonely, we have never felt so loved or supported. we felt every prayer, and we are deeply grateful. we know so many other couples live this unfair reality, and we want you to know you are not alone. infertility takes so much from you. for me, faith is the one thing infertility hasn’t been able to take, and I’m holding onto it harder than ever.

🤍knowing how to work out yourself does not qualify you to coach other women.
🤍having abs does not qualify you to coach other women.
🤍adding the word “fitness” to your username does not qualify you to coach other women.
 formal education, training, and hands-on coaching experience are what qualify you to coach other women. looking fit is personal.
giving training advice is a RESPONSIBILITY. the two are not the same. the truth is, women are impressionable — and there are far too many fitness influencers with little to no education or understanding of basic anatomy giving advice online 👇🏼 - posting workouts for shock value.
- using genetics to sell programs.
- promising extreme results.
- sharing flat-out wrong or harmful information — with zero regard for the woman whose body and health may be impacted by it. actual coaching means understanding the body as a system: anatomy, hormones, injuries, history, nervous system, and seasons of life — not just exercises that worked for you. this isn’t about me being better than anyone.
and it’s not about anyone feeling attacked. 
it’s about doing right by women, because they deserve better than misleading clickbait for views & copy-paste advice from someone who simply looks fit. THE END 🙃💋
