No, I don’t feel bad.) #KnorrPartner #chef #instagood 1¾ cups coconut milk 3½ tablespoons green curry paste, store-bought or homemade 1 tsp Knorr Premium Roast Chicken Base + 1 cup water 2 chicken thighs, skin on 2 tablespoons palm sugar (or light brown sugar) 1½-2 tablespoons fish sauce, to taste 4 makrut lime leaves (kaffir lime), torn or thinly sliced 1 cup Thai basil leaves 1 can bamboo shoots, drained ¼ red bell pepper, julienned (for color and crunch) Jasmine rice, for serving Instructions: Add 2 tablespoons of neutral oil to a saucepan Sear the chicken skin side down until crispy Sauté the curry paste: In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of neutral oil, add the curry paste for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Tip in the coconut milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer Add the cup of water and bring to a simmer, tip in a teaspoon of Knorr Roast chicken premium Flavor Base, whisk to combine Add chicken thighs and cook 20 minutes Season and add aromatics: Stir in palm sugar, fish sauce, and lime leaves. Simmer another 10 minutes to blend flavors. Finish with vegetables: Add bamboo shoots, red bell pepper, and Thai basil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until warmed through and aromatic. It’s a weeknight dinner… and tomorrow’s lunch. 👏 #Knorr_Partner Save this Chicken Broccoli Rice recipe for your next meal prep moment ⬇️ Dice up two boneless/skinless chicken breasts into bite sized pieces You’ll also need 12 ounces of broccoli florets (I dice these to make them even smaller) Add those two things to a greased 9x13 (or so) baking dish. Next add in 1.5 cups chicken broth & a can of cream of chicken soup Add in 2 packets of Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice. You can also season everything with salt and pepper. Add in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese & give everything a good mix. Top with another 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and do not mix but cover with foil & bake at 350 for one hour.
